There is a magnificent view of old historic towers, over 100 yrs., and beautiful pine & plane trees all around. Is located at the most central area of Kifisia, which is a beautiful suburb of northern Athens. It's a 5 min. walk to the central taxi/ metro/bus stations for all destinations, also 6 min walk to all beautiful local sights,stores, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc.

My stay at Christina and JP’s Airbnb in Kifissia was absolutely lovely. The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel so welcoming. The neighborhood is peaceful and green—perfect for a quiet escape while still being close to shops, cafes, and the Kifissia train station. Christina and JP were incredibly kind and responsive hosts, always available if I had any questions or needed recommendations. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. I’d absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Athens who wants a more relaxed, residential experience with wonderful hosts. Thank you both again!

the apartment was beautiful with great views very clean. maria was very quick to respond with any information we needed. if anything were need changing i believe it would be the description. everything was wonderful and we would stay again. But, we had no idea that somebody lives there full time, sofia, while she was very kind as well as rarely there she was present so going into the pool or waking up and looking out the windows and seeing her, trying to do the laundry and having to wait for her laundry to be done, was not what we were expecting and felt it should have been in the description that someone lives there full time. it was an amazing place, maria, sofia, were amazing to work with and we would without a doubt stay again.

"George was extremely **welcoming and helpful from the moment I booked!** He provided detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment and even offered some fantastic local recommendations for restaurants and historical sites before I arrived. He went above and beyond by **seamlessly arranging airport pickup and drop-off for us, which made our arrival and departure so stress-free.** The apartment itself was **absolutely spotless and perfectly sized for my wife and I.** Its location was also ideal for us, as it was **very convenient for visiting my daughter who is studying abroad at the nearby Deree school.** During our stay, George was always quick to respond to any questions I had and made sure we felt right at home. It truly felt like having a local friend in Athens. We highly recommend George's place for anyone visiting the city, especially if you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located apartment with an incredibly helpful host! Thanks George!
