Our quaint, cosy house in Ferryden offers a wonderful holiday or short break experience for 2-4 people. The views from the house are stunning, ideally located just 15 steps from a small beach, or a short walk to the lighthouse. There's a village pub closeby, a good bus service and only a 20 -30 minute walk to Montrose where you'll find excellent restaurants and pubs, cinema, and a train station. There are so many things to do in the area including walking, fishing, photography, bird watching.

The flat was absolutely perfect for me. A short walk from the train station, with cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants close by. Really close to the seafront and Broughty Castle too. I felt at home, and everything I needed was there. I'd definitely book again.

This is a fabulous house in an equally fabulous location. Spacious, clean, comfortable and with all amenities - bigger than it appears in the listing, and really quiet. We loved the secure garden for the dogs, the way we were able to open the back gate and walk onto the beach, and the ever-changing views, depending on whether the tide was in or out and on the light at different times of the day. It was an easy walk to Carnoustie and local pub / restaurant along a cycle path (turn left out the front door) or along the beach, and a great base to explore other parts of this beautiful area. We will be back!

Had a fantastic stay for 3 nights in this lovely cottage. It had everything we needed and more. It was stylish and well laid out with all the mod cons and lovely little touches that made our stay great. We had two kids (10&14) and our wee dog. The seaside location and being by the nearby town and harbour was brilliant. We had great weather and we would highly recommend this home. We’d be back.

lovely place. really comfortable. right on the waterfront. close to shops and trainstation, to get into the city centre. 2 minutes along the road from the sand beach and broughty castle. would definitely recommend! will hopefully be rebooking another trip up in the future 😁

Steve’s place is a piece of tranquil magic, fabulous views, everything in walking distance, spotless and everything and more you need in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, lounge, it’s just wonderful and I can’t praise it enough. Steve is great as are the staff in the Ship Inn, highly recommended.

A well-appointed sleeping area features two spacious beds, each adorned with bright orange throws and fresh white towels. A bedside lamp stands next to one bed, while a large window invites natural light through light grey curtains, illuminating the neutral grey walls.
