We are available for any questions or suggestions, and we strive to make your stay wonderful. Some important information: Unique Experience: Our house is situated on a quiet beach, perfect for an immersion in nature. Enjoy the tranquility and direct contact with the sea, just a few steps from your door. Additionally, the famous Lopes Mendes beach, considered one of the most beautiful in the world, is only 20 minutes away. Energy and Electricity Use: The house runs on solar energy and has a generator for exceptional cases. To ensure a sustainable experience, we ask that you use electricity only when necessary. We do not have electrical appliances and kindly ask that you do not bring hair straighteners or hair dryers. How to Get Here?: We offer private transportation available for hire from Angra dos Reis, Conceição de Jacareí, and Vila de Abraão. If you wish to hire, please inquire about the rates from each departure point. You can also arrive by schooner or taxiboat from Vila de Abraão. Schedules: Our check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out must be done before 12 PM. Cancellation Policy: Up to 14 days before your stay, cancellation is free. Within the next 14 days, 50% of the reservation value will be charged. Cancellation 24 hours before your arrival will result in the full payment of the reservation. Accommodations: The house is equipped to accommodate up to 5 guests and includes basic kitchen supplies: oil, salt, sugar, coffee, 5 liters of mineral water. Additionally, we offer utensils, a refrigerator, and a stove. In the Neighborhood: In the surroundings of the house, there are two restaurants, one of them being a floating restaurant open from 11 AM to 5 PM (Marola Restaurant). When you visit, you will be entitled to a welcome drink! The nearest market is in Vila de Abraão, with options also available in Angra and Conceição. Pets: We accept pets! Located in a safe and quiet condominium in the city of Angra dos Reis, the house is spacious and located in front of Praia do Café (a short walk will take you there). The view is breathtaking and the sea will be your living picture. You can easily access: Ilha da Gipóia, Ilha Grande and others. Small details will remind you of a sailboat and the constant feeling of being rocked by the sea. 3 bedrooms with a variety of bed configurations and everything you need. Here simplicity is our greatest luxury! =)

For those of you who have always wanted a paradise to have relaxing and unforgettable moments with your family, I present our luxury house, inside a gated community, with a panoramic ocean view, swimming pool and Jacuzzi, barbecue and much more. It is the perfect getaway for those seeking comfort, exclusivity and fun. And for convenience, we offer rental of our model speedboat Real 36.5 (year 2024) together with the house, in case of interest! This point is very difficult to find in the present day!

Our apartment is just a few steps from the sand of Praia Grande. One of the beaches with the cleanest and clearest sea in Angra, just 5 km from the center. The condominium is very charming and the apartment was recently inaugurated with everything you need for a comfortable and safe stay. The condominium has tables and umbrellas on the beach sand and a sun lounger in the garden in front of it. It also offers a freezer to store your favorite beverage while you enjoy the sun on the beach's clear sands

Ideal for families, this house was made to be as cozy as possible with beautiful decor, a full kitchen, and many windows to make the environment cool and bright. The showers are strong solar-heated showers. The terrace is a very pleasant space ideal for barbecuing, relaxing in the hammock, surrounded by a fence and safe for children to play. And the beach is very close, approximately 50 meters. It is located in a quiet place with no hills or stairs.
