House near the sea, at the beginning of the Estrada do Contorno Tourist Corridor, 5 minutes from Retiro Beach and 10 minutes from Ponta do Sapê Beach. Quiet and family-friendly atmosphere. The neighborhood has a restaurant, kiosk, and grocery store. Approximately 20 minutes from the center. We have stand ups and bikes for rent. Boat trip to be arranged.
