Access to the Véloroute du Lin is 2 minutes from the cottage with routes to Fecamp and GR21 hiking trail.

ATTENTION : Piscine installée de juin à septembre et poêle à bois hors service pour l'hiver 2026-2027 mais la maison est bien chauffée. Le fournil de Theuville est une ancienne boulangerie située à 10 minutes de la mer et 15 minutes de la ville de Fécamp, ses musés et ses nombreuses activités. Elle à été entièrement rénovée en logement d'habitation d'une surface de 80 m² et dispose d'un terrain de 1800 m². Vous y trouverez un grand nombre d'équipements pour votre confort.

Located in the countryside less than 2 hours from PARIS, 20 minutes from ÉTRETAT, the proximity of FECAMP will offer you the opportunity to enjoy the city center (less than 5 minutes), its beach and the sea (10 minutes) as well as its Fisheries Museum. The south-facing house is built on a partially enclosed 3000 m2 wooded lot.

Musical Farm Gîte

Come and rest at the farm, in the old bread oven of the renovated farmhouse. Enjoy the wood-burning stove, Scandinavian wood decor and winter garden. You can take walks to Lake Caniel for summer tobogganing, water skiing, bowling... In the gite formula, you have towels and sheets. On the other hand, you do not have breakfasts included but can take them as an option, you just have to let us know when you arrive.
