Our accommodation is in Ratingen-Lintorf on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. Airport (11 km), Düsseldorfer Messegelände (13 km). The apartment is located in a two-family house with parking facilities directly in front of the house. In 5 minutes walk, a forest area with pond invites you to walk and jog. Various supermarkets and a small city center can be reached under one km. A bus stop with connection to Düsseldorf and S-Bahn stations is within walking distance in a few minutes. You will greatly appreciate my place because of the cleanliness, coziness and good amenities, as well as the peace and quiet in the house. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

Welcome to Rahm - the southernmost district of Duisburg! Our apartment is located in a great area. Daily necessities (bakery, restaurants, hairdresser, bank, cleaning) are all within a radius of 300m. The traffic connections by highway and public transport (bus / train both 400m away) are perfect and yet it is quiet. Ideal for trade fair visitors (Düsseldorf, Essen), for tourists in the Rhein-Ruhr area or for business travelers.

Central location to the airport (12 km), Düsseldorf exhibition center, with direct connection to the A52, A3 motorway. Parking at the house allows air travelers to park the vehicle for free during the trip. A nearby forest invites you to stroll. The small town center with various shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

The airport is easily accessible – walking in just 10–15 minutes or by car in less than 5 minutes. The exhibition grounds are also very close by and can be reached in about 25 minutes by public transport. Downtown can be reached in just 25 minutes by public transport, a bus stop and S-Bahn station are close by. An Aldi is a 5 minute walk and a Chinese restaurant is right across the street.
