We went in a group of 7 friends to spend the new year at the house and it was very nice. Very beautiful space, we impressans much with the beauty and comfort of the place. The first night there was a bonfire at the inn and the hosts called us to participate. Walking further into the grounds has a balance with a beautiful view for guests to use. On one of the days we lit the fireplace and it was a very tasty moment. Communication with hosts has been very easy, always helping us with our questions. The pool space is delicious, we have a lot of fun.

Our stay at Luca's house was perfect. The environment is beautiful, ideal for resting and disconnecting. The house has a spotless design and all necessary comforts. The pool, hot tub and views are truly exceptional, exceeding all expectations. Cleanliness and comfort are top notch, and every detail is taken care of. In addition, the host's attention was excellent: always friendly and available to help us at all times. A totally recommended place to relax and enjoy. We hope to be back soon!

Excellent refuge, good structure in the house, with several household items, very comfortable beds, all very clean and organized. Excellent Pool for gathering friends. The only point to note is that as it is a place with animals, some people may feel uncomfortable with some odors on the outside of the normal home of a country region, there are also plenty of rubber mosquitoes even with a milder climate, but we have no way to control this.

The stay was perfect, we felt welcomed and cozy in the house. This is a house in a gated community, with total freedom to use all the facilities, including the heated and covered swimming pool. Thermal water throughout the house, comfort, tranquility and silence! Communication with the host was efficient and flexible! Congratulations to the owners for the beautiful residence!

The property is exactly as described, but the listing does not highlight the incredible tranquility of the place. The children loved the environment. The whole town was organized and clean. We intend to go back and we already recommend it to several friends. As for hosts, they were extremely helpful and always quick to respond.

The house is in a condominium with structure and lots of greenery. Even in a condominium, there is plenty of privacy. We went last minute and the house was clean and organized. Luciana was very helpful, responded quickly and was always very kind. The toy library is a special detail... My daughter was delighted and didn't want to leave.

Whenever I look for a place at AirBnB, I read the reviews to see if it's worth renting and what I read , that's exactly what I found! Without words to describe the wonderful weekend we spent in this magical place, in a perfect and complete house, a beach suitable for bathing and not to mention, the reception we had by the hosts , Mr. Edson and his wife , very friendly, even received us with a treat! The daughter Rafaella Tbm very friendly, answered us promptly our doubts . Anyway , it's well worth knowing this little piece of heaven , you can book it without fear!

A phenomenal place for those looking to rest and relax in the midst of nature. Covered parking, with 10A outlet. If you have an electric car like me, you'll need an adapter to plug in the charger. I highly recommend this stay.

Very well-equipped place, it had a microwave, a large refrigerator, I was surprised with an electric kettle and an air fryer. Many outlets in the property. I stayed for a short time, one night, but it was worth it. I went to a show at the Opus Arena and the stay was very comfortable.

It was a nice and quiet place, in accordance with what was published, but it is outside the island of Florianopolis, which I did not realize at the time of renting. It is located on the mainland about 30 minutes from downtown Florianopolis. That was not a problem since we had rented a car. I don't know how transportation is in the area, but with respect to the accommodation, it's excellent, with supermarkets and gas stations nearby
