There are spectacular views of the port of Gavrio 5 km below and across the sea to the coastline of Attica, which you can enjoy from the magnificent terrace above the beautiful garden of the villa.

It is the ground floor of the villa, with a veranda with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, in an 8 acre estate with olive grove, Thyme and other plants, with traditional Cycladic architecture, fully furnished with antiques from Brussels and electrical appliances and mainly away from the noises of the city, but a stone's throw from the sea. You need a car to get around. The nearest organized beach is in Batsi, 5 km away,while there is a small beach in 15 min, on foot.
