Villa vacation rentals in Andros

We had an issue with another place to stay. Within 2 hours we moved to this house with 4 children and received a friendly welcome. I am very grateful

Our experience at Deep Blue Villas has been truly amazing. The villa is located in a quiet area, not far from Gavrio port and therefore convenient for all the needs. There are beautiful beaches nearby, walking distance, never busy, if you don’t want to drive. Otherwise, Batsi’s beaches are just 15/20 mins away. The villa is beautiful in all aspects, with a lot of attention to details. Mario’s assistance was always prompt and helpful on everything we needed. Really, a Cycladic gem overlooking the Aegean Sea, with beautiful sunsets to relax and disconnect from everything. Thanks Mario and Christina!

This house, with its huge terraces and breathtaking views is stunningly beautiful — we were all in awe the entire time we were there. Phrases like “this is the most beautiful place I’ve ever been” came from all of us. Alex could not have been nicer or more helpful. Everything in the house worked beautifully. We had 10 or 12 people for meals, and the big tables and the kitchen worked like a dream. The beach is so close! It has the most beautiful clear blue water we’ve ever seen, and is excellent for swimming. We even visited Alex’s family’s cafe in Chora and had a very good, healthy meal there. He was full of great suggestions. We hated to leave!

Kato Fellos is an amazing villa, beautifully furnished and appointed as a home. It is cared for by Sergey and Nina who keep it wonderfully. Everything that you could possibly need on a holiday is provided for from the kitchen (the best sharp knives in any rented place) to the poolside, It is everything you ever dreamed of. Its wonderful position is high up above the local beach, with views between headlands which inspire you every morning you draw back the curtains. Access on dust roads to other local, quiet beaches is easy or you can spend long hours by the pool at the villa. Couldn't recommend this villa more highly.

Magda and Thanassis were great hosts! Very friendly and always kind and helpful. They also offered us local products for breakfast. The view from the house is really amazing, overseeing the Batsi bay and the open sea. We had a great stay there. Thank you!

This is a comfortable rental on a bluff with partial views of Golden Beach. This property is a good match for families who need more room. There is a bedroom and full bath on the top floor and an apartment in the basement, with its own kitchen, private bedroom, bath, and a pullout. Unlike most rentals in the area, this rental has bathtubs (another plus for families traveling with kids). There is no AC unit in the basement bedroom (there is in the common space), but we found the common space unit sufficient to comfortably cool the entire downstairs. There is a generous outdoor space. A car is recommended -- you wouldn't want to make the climb up the hill on foot! Communication with property manager was seamless. A great option for families or those who just want more space.

Really fantastic house with plenty of space and loads of character - a beautiful stone-built house overlooking hills and the sea. There are lots of places to sit and relax in sun or shade and it's great to have a pool. The house is only a short (c.10 minute) drive to Chora, the main town of Andros, which is a wonderful place to wander around. Alexandra and Dimitri were very helpful arranging car hire and showing us round the house on arrival.

It was a perfect family holiday and we still cannot get over the beauty and location of the villa. The private access to the beach, the incredibly beautiful flowers and plants in the compound, the close proximity to Hora and other places to visit locally. The beautiful light and weather, the crystal blue sea, the sunrises and sunsets. The local caretaker Bittou was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had an amazing visit in Andros at this home! It is absolutely beautiful. The home inside is perfectly clean with lovely decor. The home feels new inside with rustic island charm on the outside - gorgeous kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The patio is one of a kind with a view that we will never forget! The pool is clean and wonderful for the hot summer days, and the beach is just down the hill accessible by foot with chairs and a cafe. We also enjoyed the taverna just at the top of the hill, also within walking distance! The home keepers and owners were very helpful and responsive, we felt right at home! We certainly will be back and cannot rate this home high enough.

Beautiful villa with great views and great facilities. You need to rent a car if staying here ideally. It’s not too far into Batsi but either a steep or long walk back. There is a nice Taverna with good views over the town within a short walk and a very well equipped barbecue area with large communal seating areas. A good choice for two families with 3 bedrooms in the main part and 2 in a self contained unit below but with tables big enough for everyone to sit round. There was more going on on the island than expected, for 10 people you have to reserve a tavern in Batsi and self-contained beaches in the west are quite crowded, only in the south east it gets quieter. There is also relatively a lot of traffic to the house, because you can hear something. (in addition to the noisy beach music). The house itself is perfect, fantastic views, a very large outdoor area, tasteful furnishings and from the beds to the seating ideal for 10 people. Alexander is very responsive and very helpful. Nine minutes steeply down on foot is a beautiful beach and a nice tavern.

We really enjoyed our stay in the wonderful house of Katerina and Antonis. They welcomed us with great kindness and provided us with all the information we needed. The house is very comfortable and elegant, even better than in pics. We were only three people, and it was a bit for some extents because it would have been nice to live there in a larger group. The swimming pool is also fantastic. To come back for sure!

We loved our stay at Nektarios’s villa! It felt like a home away from home. He made sure that we had everything we needed, especially since we had our 2yr old with us. The pool and views were amazing! Could easily have stayed here longer. Bonus points for the endless clean towels! 😃

An amazing stay for our group of 6! The views were beautiful and the space was extremely comfortable. It was walking distance to all the restaurants in Batsi and the supermarket as well. Spyros was very kind and took great care of us—we will definitely rebook if we are lucky enough to visit Andros again in the future!

The house stands on a hill and can be reached easily from Mpatsi in 5 min by car, with the last 50 meters of dirt road. The position is amazing and the view from the large terrace is breathtaking: Mpatsi, bay of Mpatsi and a couple of other island on the horizon. Having breakfast or dinner there is really enjoyable. The house is new, tastefully furnished and in perfect conditions. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen and a large living area overlooking the terrace. It has the classic Cycladic look with white walls, blue shutters and a part in stone. The terrace is large and accommodates a large wood table with chairs and four sun beds. The team of people helping clients proved to be very nice and communication with them has been perfect.

The house was amazing! Clean, the view is incredible and the pool is delightful! The communication and communication with Maria was very easy, very friendly and very helpful! I recommend it without a second thought!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. Our stay was fantastic! He allowed us to do a small elopement ceremony on the grounds and the garden was absolutely stunning for this. The dovecote with unique architecture was the highlight to have as our background. I really can’t say enough about the outdoor area, pool, flowers, walkway, eating spaces. Absolutely perfect for us and a few close family members. By far, the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in!
