Vacation rentals with a patio in Andover

Karen and Brian were wondering hosts. Extremely accommodating and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend their apartment. It was so adorable and clean and had everything we could need and more! We would definitely come back again!

Great place to stay, and hosts were very friendly and responsive. One note.. not related to the unit or the hosts but to navigation to the unit ... our GPS had us drive right past it and then drive around the block and attempt to pull in from behind which is impossible. So if you choose to stay here, and you should :-) , be aware..

Beautiful home, so close to the beach. Had an amazing time, felt very at home and homeowner very helpful.

The loft was as nice as the photos. It was very clean and had everything you need. From towels to makeup wipes & tooth brushes. Beds & pillows were comfy. Great location. Walk right out to shops, restaurants and the harbor. Very safe area. I would highly recommend if going to Newburyport.

This apartment served for a pleasant stay! I reserved the stay for four adults and it was exactly what we needed. The amenities made it easy to feel at home and the walkable surroundings felt safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hosts were also nice and responsive which is very reassuring as a guest.

Kevin is an awesome host, and this was the perfect Airbnb for our wedding party! There was so much to do from the patio, to the arcade, and the pool and hockey tables, we had such a blast staying here! There was plenty of space, rooms, and beds for lots of people. Kevin was super responsive, usually responding in less than 10 minutes, and he was very accommodating and helped us out a lot! The check ins were super simple and cleanup was also extremely easy for check out! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Lynn!

All instruction were very detailed and easy to follow. The location was beautiful and the property was prestige. Cooking in the kitchen was easy, everything was within arms reach and easy to find. The center of town was cute and had some nice local shops. There was planet of restaurants in the area and grocery stores were also close. 5-stars for sure for the property and the property managements My family and I will certainly look for this property again if we are staying the the Amherst area.

Gil’s place was perfect for us when we unexpectedly had to bring our 3 kids with us to a wedding in NH. It’s conveniently located off the highway, near plenty of food options and outdoor activities for the kids. Gil was super responsive and even DoorDashed a hair dryer when we couldn’t find one in the house. Definitely recommend the space for a family!

I only live 20 minutes from Gil’s place, and it still felt like a vacation to me. I had to work long hours and staying there was a short commute to work. Even though I was working it was nice to come back to a nice home. My dog was able to roam free in the backyard and there the Tuscan Village was a 10 minute walk!! Not to mention a Starbucks that was 1 minute which made waking up that much better. I will definitely book this again for the times when I have a crazy long work schedule and just want a shorter commute and quiet vacation place! Thank you Gil!

This home is beautifully designed and located high above the water, affording a spectacular view of the ocean. It is spacious and well appointed for entertaining. We had a lovely time with our adult children who appreciated the sunny deck and fire pit. We absolutely plan to return again in the future.

Stayed for a weekend, was absolutely beautiful! The frequent beaver visits was quite the highlight & all amenities were exactly as described!

House was clean, roomy, private and a quiet neighborhood. Grocery store was close by which was very convenient

Our group has such a wonderful time staying here. Grace’s place is very clean - the kitchen is equipped with coffee, tea, and granola bars. There is a washer/dryer with laundry detergent that also came in handy. I would definitely recommend booking a stay here - we felt right at home!

What more can I say that hasn't already been said by other guests? The place was perfect for our 35th anniversary get-a-way. Darryl was so on top of things. We had a question and it was answered within 2 minutes. He really is a SUPER HOST.

Joseph’s place was lovely. The home was spotless and hosted a family of four perfectly. The extra effort of a little snack basket upon arrival was a nice touch. We took full advantage! The location is a great jump off point for Boston and surrounding areas. Joseph was very responsive and easy to talk to. We would recommended.

Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

This was a wonderful space in a lovely town. Walk to restaurants and easy access to the T. Just a heads up! Parking is for one vehicle. We parked additional vehicles on the T station not too far away. Highly recommend this place.

This is my second time staying at The Salem Porch House. Alex is an exemplary host. She is warm and friendly and that reflects in the extra touches at the house. Comfortable, clean and convenient, I highly recommend Alex’s place when staying in Salem.

Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. Great apartment with fantastic rooftop overlooking city. More personal than just a hotel. Place was just as described, laundry a plus! Host very responsive and friendly. Just stairs are very steep going up and down (3 long flights). So definitely consider this! Would stay again

We had a great stay in Boston. We really appreciated being able to drop our luggage off in locked storage since our flight got in early. There are many great restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores just a short walk away. Additionally, it took us about 3 minutes to walk to the closest T station for easy access to the airport and downtown. The Airbnb was very well equipped, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. Thank you Ali for a fantastic stay!
