Situated in the southern- Spanish border with Portugal, the apartement is 40 min by car from Faro Airport and 1.2h from Sevilla Airport. Kindly note swimming pools are closed from October to April. The sea in front of your window. I rent the most special part of my house, the front part that leads directly to the beach. This unique accommodation is unique and super exclusive, bordering the Coto Doñana (the so-called sticks) in front of the distance you see Sanlucar, Chipiona and Cádiz. This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.
