Bear cabin is built with douglas fir log handcrafted with a unique and modern design. The vaulted ceiling and the old-fashioned pine t&g create this rustic and cozy cabin to enjoy. This cabin is like having your own private oasis to relax in after spending a day hiking around. The hot tub is wonderful to relax and rejuvenate. The Bear Cabin is comprised of 3 queen size beds (sleep 6 adults) with 1 private bedroom, loft bedroom with 2 queen size beds, 1 bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, covered porch, fire pit, and hot tub. The cabin has full amenities includes essentials, a hairdryer, hangers, linens, towels, kitchen condiments, and spices. This cabin is smoke-free and pet-free. Sorry, we do not accept pets due to allergies. Hot Tub disclaimer: The hot tub is an additional amenities and we will try our hardest to keep it working. The dry creek bed located off the backside of the property provides a great starting point for a nice hike through the local country side. The nearby Cantwell Cliffs area provides ample opportunities, for food and exciting recreation activities.

The 80-acre property is surrounded by giant spruce and birch trees with amazing views of the Nenana River valley and the outer Alaska Range. It's bordered by state land and the northern section of Denali Park. The first floor has kitchen, bathroom & living space. The upstairs is bedrooms only.

Conveniently located 8 miles south of the entrance to Denali Park, it is close to all the local attractions, while being slightly off the beaten path. Our cabin is brand new and offers all the amenities without the bustle of the busy hotels. Here at Husky Homestead our neighbors are Denali Air. Noise can be expected during the day, and on occasion our dogs will alert us to wildlife in the area.

Two cabins are nestled among autumn foliage, with golden leaves contrasting against the blue sky. Each cabin features a metal roof and a covered porch, complemented by a railing. Sunlight enhances the natural setting, creating a peaceful retreat atmosphere.

We are located 16 miles north of the park entrance at 253.3 Parks Highway. One mile off the main highway, accessible by car. We have 6 cabins located on the north boundary of Denali National Park, high on a ridge, overlooking the Healy valley with a breathtaking view of the north side of the Alaska Range. Our Small Cabin has one queen bed and one single bed. There is a microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator. There is also a private bathroom with tub/shower.
