My spouse and I have stayed in the apartment for a little over 1 month and really enjoyed the stay. The host was always responsive and tried to help with everything extremely effective and fast. Definitely recommend the place for a short or long-term stay.

I had an amazing stay at Randy's place! The stunning views were absolutely breathtaking, making every moment spent on the property feel like a retreat. Gratitude to Vlad for the apartment! I really liked the place. It turned out better than I expected. The house had everything you need. The apartment itself is clean and cozy, with a great view. The complex is new, next to a very nice park with birds, squirrels. You can do yoga in the park in the morning. The neighborhood is very beautiful. The only disadvantage of the neighborhood is that there are few restaurants, shops, massage salons. But overall it's not a problem - I walked 1.5 km, there is also a free shuttle you can take. The sea is a 7-10 minute walk through the park. I liked the beach itself. I'd love to come back here again!

Great location for some beach downtime

We recently returned from a vacation that the whole family spent (14 people, 3 to 81 years old) at a villa in Thailand – and it was the best decision! Unlike a hotel, you didn't have to spend time exploring the territory, everything was at hand. The villa is spacious and everyone had their own seating area. A special treat is the Win cook, who cooked delicious and varied dishes for us. The pool is without time restrictions, children could swim at least all night. On the territory there is everything you need – washing machine and dryer, table tennis, badminton. Walking distance to the beach, but only 7 - 10min by taxi. The beach itself is clean, the coastline is large, the waves depend on the weather. Olga, the hostess of the villa, was always in touch, helped with any questions. As a result, the stay was unforgettable – comfort, coziness, and complete relaxation! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Errol is great host. we had a stay for 5 says in this house, and there was some problem with tha water supply, but the Errol tried his best to resolve the issue. the house is full of amenities. it's a beautiful house.

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The top floor unit was absolutely stunning—brand new, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The private pool was such a luxurious touch, and having a maid included truly elevated the stay. What really stood out was the host’s incredible attention to detail. Not only was everything spotless and thoughtfully arranged, but they also went above and beyond by stocking non-essential items that made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The provided toiletries were of the highest quality—think spa-level soaps and lotions. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, fresh, and beautifully presented. The host was super responsive and attentive throughout our stay, always available if we had questions or needed anything. This was a true 5-star experience from start to finish. Can’t recommend it enough if you're looking for a luxury escape that goes beyond expectations!

This is a beautiful house with a awesome swimming pool. We stayed in the house happily for the whole month. The host supports us a lot during the period.

We had a super comfortable stay at Joe's home in Phuket. The interiors are very aesthetically done, and just as shown in the pictures. The locality is not the best for tourists, not much to do around and it gets slightly deserted in the evenings. Overall a great stay to chill in the villa by the pool.

The host's living utensils are good and the laundry room is also very big and good

very nice condo - stylish appartement

The condo is new built. The facilities are included gym, swimming pools and common rest areas under trees. It is comfy and feels like home in the apt. If you driving to check in, it has to do the early registration. When I was checked in, due to long queue of cars getting in, I was able to get in easily without an ask for security. The home keys are easy to attain in the mail box of lobby. The parking is spacious. Parking lot is quite near to the lift for me to check in the apt. It’s few footsteps. The apt is clean and equipped new furnitures. However it is recommended for more toilet papers and kitchen paper. The TV remote was out of battery, so I didn’t enjoy TV with Netflix. The door lock was a bit malfunctioned, it needed a harder push for door locked. When I told the host, he is responsive to send staff to check the door lock, it’s warmed. It is close to Phuket town, a lot of good restaurants out there. Overall, the apt is recommended to stay for weeks.

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment! It looks exactly like the photos, so you won’t be disappointed. The apartment itself is nicely furnished and had everything you need for a month-long stay. The entire complex is clean and well maintained, and communication with the host was excellent. The rooftop pool is clean, very well maintained, and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area. There’s also a pleasant pool surrounded by palm trees at the resort’s center. There’s a small gym in the next building—while it’s not extensively equipped, I was still able to complete all my workouts. It’s just a 15-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen in Phuket. I explored the entire Surin area, and honestly, there’s no better place in town than Mida Grande Resort! I have such wonderful memories of this place, and it will definitely be at the top of my list if I ever return to Thailand. Definitely recommend to everyone! Thank you!

We loved our stay at this fabulous apartment which was even more spacious than it seems in the photos. Per and Sirilak were brilliant, giving us all the information we needed ahead of time but they went above and beyond giving us amazing local recommendations and being on hand to arrange airport transfers and helping us with all our questions. The apartment was such great value for money and location was perfect for us about 15mins walk to Kamala beach or a really short cab ride. Pool was great especially with a child as the shallow areas are really good for younger kids. Loved our stay, would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

It was a pleasure to be able to call this private apartment my home base. Was really a very nice and clean 1 room apartment with very modern and new furniture. The bed was super comfy and I was able to sleep well in it. The nearest 7-Eleven was only a 3min walk away which made errands easy. In general, the location is also extremely central. Very good if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. Also, the apartment has everything you need for a good stay. Security guards the residential complex, which also gives a safe feeling. Communication with Toss was really of the highest standard. Very good recommendations and tips from him. Especially if you speak German. Thanks for the stay 🤝
