Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space on 600-acre Pontiac Lake. Lake access right from the back yard is great for dropping in a kayak, canoe, paddle board, fishing off the dock or just float on your favorite inflatable. Winters are fun too, ice skate, ice fish or sit by the firepit outside on a beautiful winters' day. Home sleeps 12, with 4 bdrms, 4th bdrm is semi-private 2nd level loft space/bdrm accessed by spiral stairs. 2 full spacious bthrms with a tub in the master bath.

Enjoy Oakland County's most vibrant lake fun community…. and Vacation destination Lake Orion *This upscale cottage is the perfect weekend getaway for all occasions. *The sunrises and sunsets alone make any vacation complete *Lake Orion has a variety of cuisine. *Oxford, Clarkston & Rochester are all quite close *There is also a Trolley that runs between Orion and Oxford *NEW 2025…NO PETS. Go fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing (bring your own), exploring Enjoy watching deer, turkey, pheasants and nesting bald eagles. Hoses too! Plenty of frogs to catch (and release) and turtles to view. You will also find nesting Eastern Bluebirds around the property. Ducks and gees of all types visit the property. Enjoy the water fountain as well!

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you.
