Romarin Cottage 🌿A beautiful 65-square-meter cottage for 4 people featuring a wooden Nordic hot tub (made of red cedar) heated up to 37 degrees and cooled down to 20 degrees in the summer for a refreshing dip; it is located in a lovely garden that opens directly onto the private courtyard of the Romarin Cottage. Pool access (shared with the owners and another cottage). A living room / a kitchen equipped with a range featuring 5 burners / 3 ovens / a bathroom with a walk-in shower / washing machine / toilet with sink / 1 large bedroom with a 180cm double bed and a walk-in closet / 1 other bedroom with 2 large 90cm-wide single beds … which can be pushed together if the guests are a couple. Breakfast available upon reservation.

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. Chinon is 4.5 km away, Tours is 40 minutes away, Saumur is 30 minutes away… Not suitable for people with limited mobility (steps, stairs...)

You can access the greenway, an old railway transformed into a bike path, which passes on the edge of the property. You will be 10 miles from Richelieu without taking the road and 8.5 km from Chinon by bike. You can also plan to visit several châteaux that will allow you to enjoy our beautiful region.
