The house was great! Amazing view, beautiful pool, beautiful beaches within a 7-minute drive. Fotis was an extraordinary host, extremely friendly and responsive. Thank you for a great stay!!

perfect for our needs. swimming pool definitely warmed up as the week went on with the gorgeous weather and we've now learnt to consider going later in the season to suit our needs better. but we cannot fault the pool facilities or host. very quiet and felt very safe for our young families. Great location and beautiful views but highly recommend car hire for shopping and day trips as nearest town is 15-20 minutes by car. highly recommend.

The host treated us very well! Was always reachable, flexible with the checkin time, supported us with transportation during a taxi strike. She was very kind and gave us nice restaurant tips! The house was clean and included everything you need for a nice trip! Thanks a lot and until next time :-)

Despina’s communication was second to none! By far the best host I have communicated with in air b and b. She replied super quick and was great at describing things perfectly. Which is very important when travelling to an area you don’t know. The villa itself was spectacular, and the view from the balcony is in my top three sea views of all time! Haha. I would 100% recommend to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your home with me ❤️

Es ist eine sehr schöne Villa. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Wir haben beim Check In eine tolle Führung bekommen, in der nochmal alle Kleinigkeiten erklärt wurden und auch super Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Gegend bekommen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen und können die Villa sehr empfehlen.

Τα λόγια περιττά πραγματικά το κατάλυμα ήταν υπέροχο και ακριβώς ίδιο με αυτά που βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες. Ο Χρήστος ήταν εξυπηρετικότατος και απαντούσα στα μηνύματα άμεσα και ότι του ζητήσαμε το τακτοποιούσε άμεσα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα περάσαμε πάρα πολύ ωραία .

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. Πολύ όμορφη μέρα σε ένα εξαιρετικό σπίτι!

The dreamhouse was perfect for our 3 families. It provided separate accommodations and gave each family their privacy. The rooms were exactly as described and having the flexibility to park inside the gate or on the street was great!

The house is beautiful, truly. It does have everything you need. Great especially for a larger party than just my husband and I, but we enjoyed it. From the views, the pool, the elevator, and all the space...it was wonderful. It is only 25 mins from everything - athens, the ports, Poseidon, etc. Felt nice to be away from people and traffic by staying at this home. We enjoyed the towns nearby and dinner at XH MA (delicious]! We drove to a station 15 mins away and then rode the metro to Athens. Quick and inexpensive. I was asked if I would stay there again,as we have stayed at many airbnbs. The answer is yes. There were some issues with check in, but they allowed us in early. Some areas of the home needed small bits of attention, which they quickly said they would fix (and from prior reviews...they had fixed issues prior), so I trust 100% they will. They asked for a 5 rating, but I will be honest...the HOME is a 5, and with a few tweaks in mgmt it will soar as a 5 without asking.

Agapi est une hôte charmante, pleine d'attentions et très accueillante. Nous avons eu un souci de voiture (accident) quelques kilomètres avant d'arriver au logement. Agapi est venue sur place et a passé plus de deux heures avec nous, pour toutes les démarches en langue grecque, avec l'assurance et l'expert. Elle avait également commandé à diner pour notre arrivée tardive, ce fut vraiment agréable. Le logement est conforme à la description, propre et très vaste. Quelques éléments un peu vieillissants dans les chambres (placards) mais rien de rédhibitoire par rapport à la qualité du lieu et aux équipements mis à disposition. L'emplacement est très beau avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, un bruit raisonnable de la route en contrebas et un chemin d'accès très pentu, nécessitant une voiture en bon état. L'espace piscine est magnifique. Notre séjour à 8 personnes a été très agréable dans cette villa à une petite heure d'Athènes, sans la pollution de la capitale. Merci Agapi ! :)

Anna's apartment was fantastic! We enjoyed our stay there during our time in Athens. She was communicative and left us coffee, food, snacks, and lots of local information at home. The location of this apartment is UNBEATABLE—right in the middle of the Plaka—but not loud—a perfect combination. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect place for an amazing Greek vacation.

Роскошные апартаменты, где чувствуешь себя, как дома! Очень уютно и максимально комфортно. В доме есть все, от масла, сахара, разного кофе и приправ, до шампуней и аптечки. Особая благодарность за холодные воду и пиво, и полный морозильник льда. Стиральная машина, посудомойка, фен, посуда - есть все для комфортного отдыха. Чувствуется, что дом обустроен с любовью. Огромный бассейн с шикарным видом на залив. Круто отдыхать с детьми - в доме много настольных игр, и в интерьере много интересных деталей Но лучшее в этом доме - это хозяин! Удивительно доброжелательный и отзывчивый . Мы попали на страйк таксистов, и целый час пытались уехать из Афин домой. Позвонили хозяину дома, и он приехал нас забрать, проехав 45км туда и обратно. Идеальное место для семейного отдыха! Хозяин дома - прекрасный человек, заботящийся о своих гостях. Мы обязательно вернемся в этот дом еще ни раз

Loukas' place was a treat to experience. It is a real home, used by the family, and therefore has character and an identity. The aesthetic choices of the interior design, the materials, and the landscaping are well-considered and create a beautiful whole. The setting, high up on the hill with a view so lovely of the sea and sunset, is almost a cliche of the reasons people visit Greece. And yet, we had complete privacy. Ms Giota, Loukas' mother and our contact, was gracious and efficient in dealing with our arrival and departure. A car is definitely a necessity; the nearest grocery story is almost 10 minutes away. But driving on the main road, especially in the evening, is visually stunning and leads to some nice eating places. Thank you for your hospitality.

Die Wohnung war sehr grosszügig und toll ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt. Es war sogar willkommensgeschenke für m Kühlschrank ( Schnaps, Wein…) . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto, da Strand, Restaurants und Geschäfte nicht zu Fuss zu erreichen sind. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig! Danke vielmal für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Fantastic location that is close to Athens so able to visit the Acropolis easily. Great local restaurants and some beaches within walking distance. The villa was great and just as described. The pool was the highlight for us as well as a lack of mosquitoes! Definitely recommend the villa and Lydia!

Wat een heerlijk verblijf! Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld en zo verzorgd en schoon! Van begin tot eind was de communicatie met Natassa perfect! Zoveel ruimte en een heerlijke tuin met zwembad. Met een huurauto waren we overal waar we moesten en wilden zijn! Echt een heel fijn verblijf en we willen zeker terugkomen!

Quand ma fille est arrivée, elle a vu la piscine, et a dit "waouuuu". Cela résume assez bien notre séjour à la villa. Tous les ingrédients étaient là pour passer un agréable sejour: -une villa magnifique toute équipée avec de grands espaces, et des chambres confortables. -une grande piscine rien que pour nous, avec des bouées, des transats, etc -une belle vue et pas de vis à vis -la proximité à toutes les Comodités (magasin, boulangerie, restaurants etc...) -une super plage accessible à pied, et plein plein plein d'autres plages toutes aussi belles les une que les autres, à quelques minutes en voiture. Enfin, un grand merci à Rose et à Gilles. Un accueil chaleureux et en personne ! Nous avons aussi apprécié toutes les petites attentions à notre arrivée... bref c était TOP ! Foncez, vous ne le regretterez pas !

Wir genossen den Aufenthalt sehr. Pantis war ein super Gastgeber und war immer gut erreichbar, um bspw. Sonnenliegen-Plätze gratis zu erhalten am Strand (3-5min zu Fuss). Im Inserat dürfte besser hervorgehen, dass es sich um eine von insgeamt zwei Wohnungen handelt (Privater Garten, jedoch ein separater, geteilter Poolbereich). Wir hatten trotzdem ausreichend Privatsphäre und konnten den Pool fast immer für uns alleine Nutzen. Die Villa super gelegen und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir würden wieder buchen! :)

The place was amazing. You had all the privacy from the surroundings. Lots of nature great buildup seating spots all around the house. The pool was great and all of the interior and the exterior of the house had everything you needed to have a really pleasant and fun stay we are definitely going to visit again this summer!
