The house is located in walking distance to Almendros Beach down the road from Horned Dorset Primavera Hotel in the barrio of Barrero located in Rincon. There is a free trolley service that runs in front of the house which takes you throughout the town of Rincon from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. There is also a convenience store and local bars in walking distance. Baseball fields, tennis, and basketball courts also In walking distance. Private parking on the property is also available for car rental.
