The Guest has the "1ST FLOOR" for reservation, with Basketball Court & Billard, with "2 stairs" to access the Pool, Gazebo & Flower Terrace. The Host has "1 stair" apart to the 2nd floor house, for privacy of the guest. We are here to serve you with a cozy accommodation.

The studio apt has a kitchen, living space w/queen size bed, AC, full size bathroom & a balcony. Air mattress available for 3rd person. Live like the locals do! This neighborhood offers an authentic local experience. The area has the charm of island life, which includes the occasional sound of a rooster, a dog and/or friendly neighbors.

If you are looking to escape to your affordable private paradise with abundant outdoor and indoor living for a week, month or season look no further. You will be 7-10 from mins from Tres Hermanos, a gorgeous beach that still has the charm of years gone by, 15-20 mins to Rincon to sample all the many restaurants and shops and 40 mins to Crashboat and Cabo Roho, as well as be centrally located to experience all the west coast has to offer. Both bedrooms have AC, rest of house is cooled by fans.

The third level features a rooftop with stunning views of the valley. Enjoy beautiful mornings and sunsets accompanied by the birdsongs.
