From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend, the apartment does not lack any detail, very clean and tidy, ideal for spending a few days with the family. Carmen, the host, is a beautiful person, very helpful and kind. We recommend it 100%, we will repeat!!!!

All in all, a wonderful place to stay. You have absolute peace of mind, as you live secluded on a mountain. In the house itself there is another accommodation that was not occupied during our visit. Kitchen utensils available, but you have to get everything in terms of spices/oil. The listing says 2 single beds + sofa bed, but it is 1 double bed + sofa bed. It's not really big, but it's totally fine. If you are looking for luxury, this is the wrong place. Those who want to have their peace must come here. There were two of us there for 5 nights, absolutely recommend it

After a very bad Airbnb experience in Puerto de la Cruz, we arrived at Rafaels' place, and it was an oasis of peace, space, and more. After Rafael welcomed us, we felt at home. The space is as it is described, but it felt bigger. We work online, and the designated room with a desk is such a welcome. The internet is fast, the TV has everything you need, the kitchen is well-equipped, the bedrooms are large, and the shower is good. There isn't a single bad thing to say about it. There aren't many restaurants, but the sea, beach, walking trails, and the quiet neighbourhood make it all good. The two restaurants near the water are very good. A car is not needed, but we do recommend it if you want to see more of the surroundings or the island. The place has its parking spot, which is good. There is also a bus (no. 050) that drives frequently. After almost a month, we had to leave, and we loved it.

We enjoyed the time at the place very much and recommend it without reservation! The apartment is exactly as described and seen on the pictures. We didn't lack anything in terms of amenities, it was clean and beautiful and everything you need was there. Barbara welcomed us personally and was generally very warm and helpful, and always easy to reach. The location is quiet and on the mountain, so we recommend arriving by car, although there is also a bus line nearby and for those who love exercise, it is also possible to walk. A special highlight is the huge terrace with the fantastic view over the sea, where we could enjoy some beautiful sunshine and sunsets. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. We couldn't be happier with the choice. Rosi's apartment is beautiful and extremely clean. You feel right at home and what can I say about the place... spectacular, the best place we could stay. It has spectacular views... and she is a fantastic host, super attentive in everything and gave us many recommendations of places to visit. A perfect home away from home! We had an amazing 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Tenerife. It was cosy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The location is ideal: in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to both the city center and the beach. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with a very nice view of the bay — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Lea was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail. From helpful recommendations to small touches in the apartment, her hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

Had a really great stay here! The host was super thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed — even snorkelling masks, and a baby crib which was a nice touch. The location is perfect for swimming and just a short walk to a lovely public beach. Highly recommend!

The views from the apartment are spectacular: we woke up every day with the Atlantic in the front row and, at night, sleeping with the sound of the sea was tremendously relaxing. Although the morning weather did not always accompany us, waking up to the ocean more than made up for it. The listing description matches 100% with what we found and has everything you need to prepare something light; it also includes a practical beach pack, so you don't need to buy extras. The lack of mobile coverage helps you disconnect, and the fiber is powerful for "whatsapping". Thank you, Nazaret, for your attention and for a very simple check-in/check-out!

Javier was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay with. He‘s always quick to reply, caring, friendly and just such a positive person. His apartment features an unmatchable view, basically straight from heaven - you wake up and fall in love with what you see. I‘m also in love with the small details like binoculars to enjoy the view even more. Javier even messages us around the time of arrival, welcoming us, which I think is a really kind gesture and shows that he’s indeed a caring host! He was also quick to provide us some restaurant recommendations :) Parking is totally fine, you park on the street in front of the building - walking distance is between 2-5 minutes depending on how lucky you got while looking for a parking spot. Last but not least, we were also offered to check out late, which perfectly matched our plans :) We’ll 100% come back and stay here again, thank you so much Javier!

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Ocean. Ivan, our host, played a big role in this. Always friendly, always available, always helpful and accommodating without being intrusive. We were 8 adults in the very large house. From the terrace and pool (better to heat it up) you have a fantastic sea view. The rooms are very nicely furnished, the two upper bedrooms have their own bathrooms and sea views. The two rooms on the ground floor are windowless except for skylights and have a shared bathroom, which was completely unproblematic. Inside and outside there is a large dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials. The grill and beer tap were used a lot by us. You can't hear anything from the nearby highway due to the location of the house. There is plenty to see, hike and enjoy in the area. We felt completely comfortable, will definitely come back and recommend the house AND the host!

I booked this house for a week with my family and we enjoyed it so much. The house itself is great and the view is just stunning! My kids LOVE jumping into the pool and jacuzzi! It’s also super easy to go explore the island as the highway is 5 min away. We went to Los Cristianos, puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz. There is a little path that leads to the beach down the cliff…a bit hard for kids but did it as a “trail” and reached the beach in less than 10min! Definitely recommend if you went to spend some quality time in Tenerife!

Lovely stay in San Andres with Noelia. The space is a perfect base for hiking in Parque Rural de Anaga and has the home comforts for relaxing afterwards. Note the door locks automatically behind you, which is great for security, but remember to take your keys!

It is simply a great place to stay! Apartment is great, location authentic, quiet, and with all you could wish for near by! And with a rental car placed in the garage, the location is perfect for investing the beautiful north of the island!

Overall, we felt very comfortable. The apartment matched the description, was in very good condition and very clean. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and always easily accessible. It was a bit difficult to find or reach the apartment, as you have to overcome some stairs, which is not easy with suitcases. For older people who lack the strength to carry suitcases or who have knee problems, the apartment is unfortunately unsuitable. For all others who want some peace and seclusion, it is highly recommended. The pool is very nice, but not heated. A car is highly recommended as San Andrés is very secluded. Thanks for a great stay and good hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at Luis Eduardo’s property. Our expectations were exceeded with how homely the apartment felt, it was very clean, and located in a peaceful location. The views from the balcony were stunning, and the apartment was very comfortable. Lots of attention to detail, providing guests with necessary items to make you feel well looked after. Very well stocked kitchen and bathroom, including ingredients for cooking and personal hygiene. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit the local area. Thank you! 😊

This house is just wonderful, even better than in the photo! We were very pleased with the warm welcome from the hosts. Upon arrival, calm music was turned on, a bottle of wine was waiting on the table with a nice note - it was very pleasant. The house has a wonderful warm pool overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need. It felt like home! This is a fabulous quiet place, just what you need for a relaxing retreat and solitude. The location is very good for walking and admiring the picturesque nature and endless ocean. Near the house there is a nice colorful cafe on a banana plantation, where you can eat and try local cuisine. There were no problems with parking the car, there were always free spaces in the parking lot. The hosts of the house are very attentive, friendly and always ready to help. I can say that this was the best accommodation we have ever rented! I want to come back here again and again! We thank Nikas and his wife very much for the pleasant time and help to us. 💙💛
