Self check-in and free parking! It is a house with large areas, it has an upper floor where there are 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room with TV. The rooms are very large, with wooden furniture, built-in wardrobes, large windows and balconies. On the lower floor there is a large common room, dining and living room, with a fireplace that provides a familiar and welcoming atmosphere! The house also has large outdoor spaces with gardens and a huge private patio that allows for peace and quiet.

How to describe the best! An ancient and historic house, absolutely impeccably clean, the most charming host Amelia, and all situated in the mountains! It was wonderful.

A spacious bed is presented with crisp white linens and a light blue throw blanket. Two bedside lamps provide soft illumination on either side of the bed's headboard, which features a natural wood accent above.

We had a great stay at casa de arcos. The home is very warm and welcoming. The whole place is very well renovated. The decoration is well thougth, a mix between modern items and older furniture. The hosts are perfect, full of attention and kindness. Nice breakfast and very good cooking in the evening. The pool is great for leasure of after a day of visits. Very nice spot to visit Porto, Coimbra, Aveiro, Bussaco, and the nearby beaches. We fully recommand :-)

An absolutely perfect spot, beautifully renovated accomodation and shared lounge and kitchen area, we ate a delicious home cooked meal and enjoyed the conversation and interaction with the hosts, if we could have stayed for longer we certainly would have

We had a very pleasant stay here. The guest house has a very spacious living room, a big kitchen with everything you could wish for for cooking and a beautiful quiet terrace. The room was clean and the view over the trees was amazing. The interior design is very nice, too. You can see that it is all done with a lot of love. Closeby is also a nice hiking area.

We spent some very special and nice days in Casa da Avo Micas. It is perfect to breath fresh air and to spend calm time in the nature. Amelia is a wonderful woman, she helps you wherever she can and she knows the area. Get ready to calm down!

We will repeat without a doubt, very friendly , the house is spectacular, everything is very clean to be impeccable. Very thoughtful with everything. All in general very well but Mariana is attentive to everything, that you do not lack anything and always with a smile

Cozy homes, clean place and very beautiful, perfect for resting. A little far from the busiest cities, but in less than an hour you arrive in Porto or Aveiro. A very solicitous and polite host, very helpful. It was worth staying, I loved it!
