Hill House Private Entry Suite - No Cleaning Fee

Cleaned and sanitized with no cleaning fees added to your cost! Your suite (375 square feet) is at the front of our house with a pvt. entry living room, a small bedroom with a big bed and a double sofa bed. There is a window seat with a view, your own bathroom, a small kitchenette with dishes, wifi, TV, microwave, etc. You get the driveway. Power outlet on front porch. We have a small dog. WE LIVE IN THE BACK OF THE HOUSE WITH A LOCKING DOOR BETWEEN US. PLEASE READ ALL INFO BEFORE BOOKING!

The studio apartment is located at the foot of Mt. Erie overlooking Lake Campbell. Just minutes away from Deception Pass, historic downtown Anacortes, and a short drive to La Conner. Anacortes is the gateway to the San Juan Islands. Enjoy your coffee on the patio watching eagles and other wildlife. Happy Valley Studio rests in a lovely rural neighborhood, near 2800 acres of Community Forestlands hiking trails. It's ~15 minutes (3.6 Mi) from the Ferry to the San Juan Islands, and an easy 5 minutes from downtown Anacortes. You will love the quiet neighborhood and our lovely gardens and pond. Clean, cozy, roomy studio apartment with its own private balcony entry and skylights to keep it bright and cheery. Fully equipped kitchenette, with a microwave and refrigerator (no stove.)

Escape Little Anacortes is a private guest house on a spacious two acre property. It is 3-5 minutes from Deception Pass Park, Bowman Bay, Pass Lake, Mt Erie, Cranberry Lake, Rosario Beach, Whistle Lake, Similk Beach, and more. Its a quick 10 minute drive to downtown Anacortes or the San Juan Island Ferries. We're about a mile from Sharpe Corner restaurant and gas station. If you're craving seafood we have Blackrock Seafood and The Shrimp Shack about 5 minutes away.

The studio has a comfortable king sized bed, built in office space and full kitchen with island. Shared sauna included. The studio is adjacent to another unit and owners live upstairs.
