Monthly Rentals in An Hải Tây

I was hesitant to book this place with no reviews, but I am very happy I did. I really loved my week here that I extended it for few more weeks. Location is fantastic, you are next to night market and Dragon bridge. You can see fire show from the roof top terrace as well. It is extremely peaceful and quite here, which is so difficult to find in Da Nang, you will be able to sleep until 10 without anyone bothering you. The place is brand new! Probably the best shower pressure I had in 4 months in Vietnam. The super sweet host Thanh Loan is so charming and responsive, I could leave my luggage before checkin, she helped me with delivery orders. They have electric motorbikes for rent as well. Something to keep in mind: place is quite small, but you have whole rooftop nearly for yourself, barely anyone comes there. It is Murphy bed - super convenient. During the day you can lift it up and have all space you need. It is 4th floor, no elevator. Full kitchen, sink in bathroom & terrace.

Zing Zung’s place was fabulous and she was such an amazing host! While staying there we realized that our visas for our next TWO locations had to be printed and panicked a bit, but she was happy to print what we needed and bring it to us! She’s such a gem and the apartment was lovely!

I loved the view of the living room and master bedroom, and it was so convenient that there were many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes on the 1st floor of the apartment. I was also able to see the fireworks festival from the rooftop. I want to come again next time. I recommend it~

Carol is an amazing host! She and her whole family were super nice. The apartment is also very good and they clean it once per week, which was great. The price seemed very fair as well. :) On the other hand, we often had some trouble sleeping, as there were quite some noises on the street (dogs barking from 6 am onwards each morning) and also inside of the building (people slamming doors and talking loudly very late at night or very early in the morning). The kitchen equipment could have been better as well. All in all, I‘m giving 5 stars however, as we had a very good experience.
