House vacation rentals in Amsterdam-Zuid

Un logement exceptionnel au milieu de la nature. L’endroit est très ressourçant et calme. Tout est organisé de manière à ce que l’on se sente à la maison! Marlieke prend soin de ses hôtes: à l’arrivée le réfrigérateur était rempli de fruits, de jus de fruits, de beurre, de confiture, de lait, d’œufs frais ainsi que du pain. Quelques épices, huile et café complètent l’assortiment. Sans oublier les glaces pour les enfants! La salle de bains comporte une douche et une baignoire et les linges de bain sont fournis. Les lits sont déjà prêts et d’une propreté remarquable comme le reste de la maison d’ailleurs. Marlieke est toujours disponible si besoin même si tout est organisé afin d’être autonome (visites à faire, magasins à proximité, transports, restaurants etc). Nous recommandons vivement ce logement dans lequel nous reviendrons sans hésiter! Un grand merci à Marlieke et sa famille.

Es war super unkompliziert und die ganze Familie ist sehr zufrieden! Wir konnten sogar grillen und Kaffee trinken, ohne selbst etwas mitbringen zu müssen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und die Betten, wie in einem Hotel. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Vielen Dank Arja!

Ein tolles und sauberes Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend. Mit 8 Personen sind wir mit den Zimmern und Baderäumen klar gekommen. Pool war in unserer Zufriedenheit!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Wenjas schönem Beach House. Es war so liebevoll und schick eingerichtet, die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft absolut zu. Die Kinder hatten große Freude im Pool zu schwimmen und die Sauna hinterher war eine Wohltat. In ein paar Minuten ist man am wunderschönen Strand mit netter Beach Bar. (Zu erwähnen ist vielleicht, dass ein Abschnitt ein Hundestrand ist. Für unsere Kinder eine Riesen Freude so viele freundliche Hunde anzutreffen. ) Von der Wohnung aus sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zum Shopping Center im Ort und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (zb Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zandvoort usw) sind in 20-40 min erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und werden definitiv wieder kommen. Vielen Dank, dass du dein schönes Haus mit uns geteilt hast, liebe Wenja. Absolute Empfehlung ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir hatten wundervolle 2 Wochen in Frederikas Ferienhaus. Es war ruhig, idyllisch und der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen (vorallem auch für unseren Hund). Friederike ist eine tolle Gastgeberin :) Sie war sehr sympathisch und hat uns herzlichst Empfangen. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort definitiv weiter und freuen uns auf das nächste mal :)

We had a wonderful stay at Yvonne's cottage: it was spacious, homely, clean and set in the beautiful countryside just south of Amsterdam. The property is right on the river Amstel, so you can walk up the river (crossing on the riverboat ferry) to Amstel Park in under an hour. The amenities/ facilities provided were great for our stay over a long weekend.

Konumunu bulması kolay oldu. Fazlasıyla sakin bir mahalle, evin etrafı da dolanmaya elverişli. İlk deneyimimiz için güzel bir başlangıç oldu.

The best hidden gem in Amsterdam!! Beautiful private garden and modern home tucked away from the city!!

Anna et Ruud sont des hôtes très attentifs et bienveillants. Ils sont accueillants et veillent au bien être de leurs locataires. La maison est superbe, décorée avec goût. La vue sur la rivière est splendide. Admirer les couchers de soleils depuis la maison ou la petite terrasse au bord de l'eau en prenant l'apéritif est exceptionnel. La literie est très confortable, il y a des moustiquaires dans les chambres, permettant d'ouvrir sans difficulté les fenêtres la nuit. La cuisine et la buanderie sont très bien équipées. L'endroit est très calme au milieu de la nature et des animaux. Vous n'êtes pas loin des parkings P+R d'Amsterdam, ainsi que de plusieurs autres jolies villes alentours. Anna vous indique plein d'informations dans un classeur. Les supermarchés sont à moins de 10 minutes en voiture, on roule doucement et on profite ;-) L'accès à la maison avec une boîte à clés est très pratique. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour chez Anna et Ruud et les remercions pour leur accueil.

Een heel leuk huisje en mooi gelegen, zeker als je van rust houd. Hoewel het ook een rustig plekje is, is Amsterdam goed bereikbaar met een uber of zelf met de auto. De fietsen die je erbij krijgt zijn ook erg handig als je eventjes boodschappen wilt doen of gewoon een lekker stukje wilt fietsen. De gastheer/dame zijn ook super vriendelijk en reageren vaak erg snel! Toen wij iets eerder wilde inchecken dachten ze ook mee met onze planning en konden wij de spullen al eerder brengen. Al met al een wel verdiende 5 sterren!

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Amsterdam on a beautiful canal. So many great shops and restaurants nearby. The bedrooms were comfortable and cosy. We really enjoyed our stay and Willie was very helpful and responsive at all times. There are very steep stairs in the house but we managed fine. Overall we loved it.

Love that place. So much to see and do within a short walk. Trams and subway nearby. Perfect place and location. A real gem!

If you’re looking for a quiet and welcoming place to stay, this is the perfect spot. The four of us really enjoyed our time here. Peter-Jan gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and shared some helpful tips. While the routes along the canals make the journeys a bit longer, the travel time to Utrecht or Amsterdam is absolutely reasonable. We’d be happy to come back!

Lovely stay in a beautiful location with easy access to Amsterdam using public transport. Very helpful hosts with frequent communication answering any questions and even booking dinner on our behalf. Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Magical Stay on the Water! Staying at this river Airbnb in Amsterdam was hands down one of the most unique and unforgettable experiences of my travels. The location is beyond dreamy — right on the water, with stunning views of the canal life drifting by. Waking up to the gentle ripple of the river and sipping coffee on the deck felt like something out of a movie. ✨ The interior was cozy, stylish, and spotless — you can tell the hosts put a lot of love into making the space warm and welcoming. Every little detail, from the plush bedding to the curated local decor, made it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were absolute gems — super communicative, thoughtful, and even left us a welcome gift with local treats . They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and explore, and made check-in a breeze. Being gently rocked to sleep on the river, then waking up to swans gliding past the window… I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Amsterdam

The cottage is lovely, a historic building that’s been converted into a great two bed close to the centre of Uitgeest. Easy access via train to Amsterdam, Alkmaar and loads of others places. I’d definitely recommend staying here and thanks for Mike for providing such great accommodation

Osjećali smo se ugodno u smještaju, koji je bio uredan i svime opremljen. Lokacija je dobra i koristili smo se javnim prijevozom, tramvaj broj 19, ako ste grupa do 5 ljudi možete preko aplikacije kupiti dnevnu grupnu kartu za 26 eura koja se nama jako isplatila jer je inače oko 9 eura pojedinačna dnevna karta. U blizini smještaja je i trgovački centar i željeznički kolodvor. U ovoj četvrti smo se osjećali sigurno.

Birgit was a fantastic host! Her home was perfect for our quick trip to Amsterdam. It is located close to public transportation (less then 10 minutes to Centraal Station) and a grocery story is around the corner. Birgit showed us around her place and explained how to use different features of the house. She helped map out the easiest routes around the city for us. She was always available and super friendly. We had a great time and cannot wait to visit again.

Nach einer sympatischen Kommunikation mit Maartje wurden wir herzlich von Ernest empfangen. Das Cottage ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen netten kleinen Garten. Bei Bedarf stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zuhause, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist fußläufig zum Ortskern von Muiden gelegen, wo es nette Cafes und Restaurants gibt. Nach Amsterdam braucht man mit Auto nach Weesp 10 min und dann 18 min per Bahn bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Maartje für die schöne Zeit in Eurem Cottage :-)
