Alaina’s place very clean and comfortable. We were only there one night but the home was comfortable and well equipped. We were close to restaurants etc. Alaina was very response to any notes sent and we appreciate that when we are traveling. Thanks for a comfortable night on a long journey!

Rented this lovely home for our wedding to accommodate out of town guests. It was the perfect central location and had private space for everyone to unwind. Was grateful to be able to bring our dog who really enjoyed the fenced backyard.

Very clean, quiet and stylish home, walkable to downtown. We stayed because my hubby had medical procedure at Community Hospital. 10 min drive to Hospital. Comfortable bed, spacious rooms, huge kitchen and hang out area. We were so impressed with how quiet the home was even during storms and proximity to downtown. You could hear the train at night which only added to the ambiance. Highly recommend this gem in a sweet little neighborhood.

Hannah was very helpful during our stay. The previous guests had kind of left things amuck for her housekeeper and she got them straightened out for us perfectly! She also showed us pictures of the house before they renovated it and oh my gosh it it's crazy what are used to look like! She had a lot of work done to the place and it shows it is a beautiful house!! Very large house and one of the rooms was empty, so it worked perfectly for my nephew to have his air mattress in there. As for other reviews talking about the neighborhood yeah it's in an older part of town so it has its quirks with the neighborhood, but we didn't feel unsafe at all while we were there. I would definitely suggest it if you're going to Idaho Falls, especially if you have a large group of people needing separate bedrooms.!

House was perfect for a last minute trip, easy to find and enter with code. House was clean and quiet. We loved recommendation of farmers market, we purchased breads, meat, honey and jelly.

We are so thankful for Aaliyah allowing us to host a wedding reception for our son and his new wife at her home. The house was very clean, spacious, and perfect for our small family event. The yard is much larger in person, thank you so much for spring cleaning before we arrived! We are so happy to have found this home, the location was perfect in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Beds were very comfy, got a great night sleep! We felt right at home and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Great centrally located for exploring all the area has to offer. Great place to hang in between hikes and hunts.

Very responsive hosts. We had a small issue with the dishwasher. They came right over at 10pm and addressed the issue. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. We will definitely be back!

Ricky‘s place is a fun place to stay at with lots of room and TV’s! The pool table was our favorite and how close this place was to the mall and food!

Great place to stay, my team and I were comfortable, here for work. only thing was WiFi would I go off allot, but the host gave us instructions on how to reset router and offered a type of reimbursement. Host was quick to reply, home located off the hwy.

Perfect place to spend family time. Had a perfect Thanksgiving. Our dogs loved the backyard. Downstairs was perfect for football and game time!! The pie was a great touch.

Our family gathered here for girls weekend. This house made a wonderful gathering spot. It was able to accommodate our group with plenty of space. The hot tub was a hit. The young girls enjoyed the toys. The kitchen is great for feeding a crowd. The location was beautiful and peaceful. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be back! The place was conveniently located and ideal for our needs. It is on a busy street but it wasn’t problematic for us. The house is large with plenty of space including multiple areas for hanging out- perfect for a large family. The beds were so comfy. We were there during Christmas so it was cold and the heating/fire was absolutely perfect. We loved the hot tub. The backyard is beautiful and we look forward to coming in the summer just yo use it! We had everything we needed. I don’t use a fireplace normally and I struggled with getting/keeping it lit (completely my fault) and the hosts quickly came by to help me. Gretchen even added some lovely Christmas decorations to make our time over the holidays even more special. That was so kind and such a reflection of the truly wonderful host she is! We will absolutely stay again!

This house was great! When we got there, we met Michael and Penny. We found out they had recently added a hot tub that was not yet in the listing. That was a pleasant surprise. Penny brought over fresh baked rhubarb bread for us. It was delicious. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The house was really nice, well kept and had all the comforts. It made our trip really nice and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our stay at this breathtaking property was truly exceptional. Nestled by the water, the firepit offered the perfect spot to soak in the soothing sounds of the creek flowing gently and birds chirping in the trees. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene waterfront setting. An idyllic escape for relaxation. With multiple seating areas thoughtfully arranged, there were endless opportunities to unwind, whether gathering around the firepit with its stunning view or reclining in the perfectly placed hammocks, gently swaying in the breeze.

Great stay! Clean and well kept and plenty of linens. Loved getting to see the elk!
