The house and setting is beautiful. Excellent bedding. It was really great. The only small downside is that there were no photos of the outdoor staircase to access the house. The person accompanying me is prone to dizziness and had difficulty descending due to the void and no ramp. Same for toddlers... there is still a risk that they will fall inadvertently...

little piece of heaven that Faustia and her family shared with us. Everything is well thought out. It's happiness for animals and humans. A lot of serenity emerges. Such a nice place. The accommodation is well equipped. You have everything you need. Small touches like fresh eggs in the studio and spices available. excellent bedding! The view from the accommodation is magnificent. On horses. The little extra of the Jacuzzi and excellent hammam (in addition). The walk among the free horses. Dogs, chickens, goats, ducks, rabbits... we feel this little serene world. ping pong table, deckchair etc. a communion with nature. very relaxing stay. wifi sometimes temperamental. but we don't come here for that. i recommend it.

My spouse and I had a great time at Anna's place ^^ We wanted to take time just for ourselves as young parents and Anna was really great. 👍 The estate is really beautiful, the welcome is excellent, the services offered are up to our expectations and there are plenty of things to do nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

A wonderful time spent in this relaxing setting. Annie and Sébastien's cottage is a little gem of greenery, and very well-equipped as a bonus. Everything is done to make the stay easier. No complaints!

Very nice house full of charm and quiet, nice walks nearby. We were 5 adults and two children to celebrate Christmas, each had their own bedroom and bathroom, which allows everyone to have their privacy. The living rooms are spacious and allow everyone to gather by the fire! Special mention for the tree installed that allowed us to celebrate Christmas almost like at home!

Lovely place - very comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful gardens and places to relax. Yves and Christine are always available to help if needed but also respect guest privacy. Great bike rides in the area and Clamecy is a sweet town; also recommend Dijon and Auxerre for visiting.

We had a lovely stay at Jean-Jacques' place. The setting was super nice and relaxing. The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped, no complaints! The welcome booklet contained all the answers to our questions, everything was clear.

We had a lovely time at Moulin de Presly, Virginie welcomed us with great kindness and simplicity. Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed the tranquility of the place - a real break in time, with the ponds and geese adding to the change of scenery - the accommodation was very clean and cozy... Our little boy also greatly appreciated the presence of toys! We would happily stay again to be able to enjoy the place longer and fully! Thank you so much to Virginia!

It is surrounded by a very nice garden which we unfortunately did not enjoy because we had a little rain! Quiet place, surrounded by nature, ideal for resting or meeting with family.
