Vacation rentals with a patio in Amherst

Karen and Brian were wondering hosts. Extremely accommodating and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend their apartment. It was so adorable and clean and had everything we could need and more! We would definitely come back again!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The house was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom that made everything super convenient. Thiago was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We especially loved the jacuzzi area and the large, comfy couch in the living room. The entire place offered great privacy. Would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful home, so close to the beach. Had an amazing time, felt very at home and homeowner very helpful.

The loft was as nice as the photos. It was very clean and had everything you need. From towels to makeup wipes & tooth brushes. Beds & pillows were comfy. Great location. Walk right out to shops, restaurants and the harbor. Very safe area. I would highly recommend if going to Newburyport.

Kevin is an awesome host, and this was the perfect Airbnb for our wedding party! There was so much to do from the patio, to the arcade, and the pool and hockey tables, we had such a blast staying here! There was plenty of space, rooms, and beds for lots of people. Kevin was super responsive, usually responding in less than 10 minutes, and he was very accommodating and helped us out a lot! The check ins were super simple and cleanup was also extremely easy for check out! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Lynn!

Very nice place, reasonable price and very close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Amanda was great to communicate with. We were able to check in early. We did have an issue with the keypad once, reached out to Amanda and it was resolved quickly. Amanda was great with communication before we even checked in. I was a little concerns because I’ve never used an Airbnb before. Wasn’t sure how it worked as far as extra towels and necessities and Amanda was great, she told me that there would be enough and if not, she would Provide more. We would definitely like to stay there again. I think the only thing that I would suggestion is curtains on the windows. There are blinds on the windows but being that close to the main strip it’s very bright and it always looks like it is daytime in the apartment when it is nighttime. But other than that, we had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to book again.

Such a lovely place! The host provided plenty of suggestions for our stay. The common areas were great for relaxing. The rooms were cozy and spacious. The bathroom had everything we needed and more. The outdoor patio was quiet and private. The neighborhood was very cute! There was plenty of parking available. We were only a 20 min walk from downtown Salem. The host communicated very clearly regarding all necessary details. Check in and out were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Domingo was a fantastic host. I had a couple of requests and Domingo was extremely responsive and was always accessible. He also provided some excellent restaurant suggestions. As far as the location itself, it's in a nice quiet neighborhood but there's not really much around within walking distance. A car or an Uber is a must to get to some of the great restaurants that Domingo suggested. Other than that, it's a great place with a fantastic host. Since this was a work trip for me, I would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you Domingo!

We were in town for my niece's high school graduation and wanted a place for a few family members to stay together. The house was in a nice neighborhood, quiet, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and we had no issues. The only thing I would note is that there are no bedrooms on the main level- either upstairs or downstairs- so if you have mobility impaired guests this could be an issue. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here as a weekend sibling trip and had the best time. The kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking 5 full meals easily, the yard with the fire pit and sand box were a huge hit, and the house was super cozy and clean. Highly recommend staying here.

Hands down the best Airbnb in Mass. walls are clean, no luggage scrapes along the walls. The floors are clean and spotless. The place matches the pictures, there’s no false postings of this home. The hosts are amazing and anytime I’m in MA, I’ll always look for Celia first to avoid bad experiences.

Lauren was an excellent host! Cottage is absolutely beautiful! Felt right at home , she was very responsive and very helpful. This place has all the amenities, perfectly located for everything we had planned .

Daniel and Monica were great hosts that responded to any questions or needs. They live right next to this guest house so we’re quick to respond. This house is a bit small but has enough space for up to three or maybe one more on the sun porch if using an available air mattress. It is comfortable and homey. The bedroom in the basement is fine but the rest of the basement is mostly unfinished. The pool would be a nice feature but it was too early in the season for a dip in the cold water. Plenty of stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes of here including a Market Basket, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and big REI store among many others.

We took my daughter and her friend for her senior trip and had a wonderful time! The convenience to Salem, Concord and Boston really made our trip spectacular! Thank you for the wonderful stay and checking on us to make sure we had everything we possibly needed!

Family of four stayed for a week while visiting family. As I think one other review may have said, the description is accurate however the space is much more roomy than the photos would have you believe. Two full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, incredible kitchen, comfortable beds and a serene location all made this location an incredible space but the small, thoughtful touches like hair towels, cotton rounds/swabs/balls in the main bath made our stay exceptional.

Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

This was a wonderful space in a lovely town. Walk to restaurants and easy access to the T. Just a heads up! Parking is for one vehicle. We parked additional vehicles on the T station not too far away. Highly recommend this place.

This is my second time staying at The Salem Porch House. Alex is an exemplary host. She is warm and friendly and that reflects in the extra touches at the house. Comfortable, clean and convenient, I highly recommend Alex’s place when staying in Salem.

Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. Great apartment with fantastic rooftop overlooking city. More personal than just a hotel. Place was just as described, laundry a plus! Host very responsive and friendly. Just stairs are very steep going up and down (3 long flights). So definitely consider this! Would stay again

Super cozy space, very responsive Host!

We had a great stay in Boston. We really appreciated being able to drop our luggage off in locked storage since our flight got in early. There are many great restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores just a short walk away. Additionally, it took us about 3 minutes to walk to the closest T station for easy access to the airport and downtown. The Airbnb was very well equipped, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. Thank you Ali for a fantastic stay!

Diane’s condo was a wonderful choice! Her place is clean and spacious and she left very clear helpful instructions for an easy stay. It comes with everything you need and anything you’d want to do in walking distance, highly recommend this spot!
