You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Avner was extremely helpful and friendly, allowing us to leave our bags at the house before our check-in time so that we could go explore Spa. The house was pristine and comfortable, with a complete kitchen that allowed us to cook like we were at home. Though we didn't need it, there was a booklet listing the essential facilities in Spa (pharmacy, doctor's office) as well as restaurant suggestions and activities to do around the town, which we found quite thoughtful. Overall, an amazing apartment for a very affordable price!

We had a very enjoyable stay in Aachen. The apartment is very nice and the small winter garden in particular invites you to relax. Walking, you are in the city center in about 10-15 minutes. During our stay, there was a construction site in the street, so you couldn't drive directly into the street and you had to drive around a bit. We could also park for free about 5 minutes from the apartment. Highly recommended!

A super Apartment and a very friendly host. Everything was very school and it smelled nice everywhere. Rituals products were very nice, as were the bathrobes (a little too small:) and the kitchen items. Nice jacuzzi and sauna (although I would have preferred it in the large bedroom and for 2 people we would have been more cozy). Bottle of bubbles on arrival was very thoughtful. The sofa is very nice and there were candles everywhere so it was very cozy in the evening.

The location is also unbeatable - in the midst of the most beautiful nature and yet quickly by car (~10 minutes) to all 'vital' (supermarket & co) spots. We would love to come back here in the future & would always recommend it!

We spent some really nice days in Maria's apartment. It was a very nice break, everything was available and the children were very well occupied. I can recommend this apartment one hundred percent and we are looking forward to next time at Maria's. We spent a few lovely days at Maria's vacation flat. Everything was thought through with a lot of little touches here and there. The kids had loads of fun with the various toys and tractors on offer. I can highly recommended staying there and we can't wait to come visit again :)

Fantastic stay with everything you need. Even the trigger in the shower, coffee and herbs were thought of. Even a bottle of Cava was ready in the fridge. When we came into the apartment, we said to each other; Wow, how cozy! Good communication, thoughtful and quick responses to our questions. Good base for days out and the Spa Francorchamps circuit. We'd love to come back.
