Ideal for a relaxing weekend or to work quietly while being close to the major Walloon roads. Unique and warm interior, noble materials and beautiful finishes. Access to a large garden and dogs allowed. Closed parking and charging station. Bed linens are not provided.

The refuge is designed as an autonomous habitat 40 meters set back from a dead end, the swimming pool is reserved for travelers (open from 01.04 to 01.10). Naxhelet golf course is located 7 minutes away by car. Everything is planned for calm, rest and tranquility. Access is private and enjoys a location in the heart of a one hectare property. The accommodation which is air-conditioned (hot and cold). In winter, the wood stove for warm moments.

This cozy 95 m² duplex welcomes you for a peaceful and very bright stay, whether it's for the whole family, with friends, or for a business trip. On the first floor: TV lounge, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, dining room, washing machine area under the stairs. On the second floor: a large bedroom with a king-size bed (180), another bedroom with 2 single beds, a storage area, and the office. NO PARTIES!!
