The place was ideal for the trip to Tenerife. The hosts always responded quickly to questions and made the stay very pleasant. The apartment matches the pictures and the pool was also very clean!

Javier was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay with. He‘s always quick to reply, caring, friendly and just such a positive person. His apartment features an unmatchable view, basically straight from heaven - you wake up and fall in love with what you see. I‘m also in love with the small details like binoculars to enjoy the view even more. Javier even messages us around the time of arrival, welcoming us, which I think is a really kind gesture and shows that he’s indeed a caring host! He was also quick to provide us some restaurant recommendations :) Parking is totally fine, you park on the street in front of the building - walking distance is between 2-5 minutes depending on how lucky you got while looking for a parking spot. Last but not least, we were also offered to check out late, which perfectly matched our plans :) We’ll 100% come back and stay here again, thank you so much Javier!

Beautiful place, looked exactly like the photos, the view from the balcony absolutely fantastic, quiet, undisturbed place. The host was great, always responded promptly, was active himself and recommended places in the area. The weather in this part of the island is not as hot as in the south, it was very pleasant. I definitely recommend it, we felt at home here from the first moment. We commuted to the beaches in the more famous locations, but a small beach is also accessible a few hundred meters from the accommodation. There are also good restaurants and shops nearby, all recommended by the host. I RECOMMEND IT!

The host has given us very clear instructions to check-in and was always proactive. The flat was very clean and we had everything we’ve needed. The accommodation was perfectly located with many offers for having a perfect vacation.

Wonderful family holiday! We spent a week in April 2025 in this accommodation in Tenerife – as a family with two children (6 and 10 years old) – and can absolutely recommend it. The location of the accommodation is really fantastic: located directly on the sea with a magnificent view of the small harbor from the terrace. The area is pleasantly quiet and perfect for relaxing. Restaurants and shopping are easily accessible. The apartment itself is cozy, clean and well maintained. Even though the furniture is not state-of-the-art, everything was in a very neat condition. The host was available at all times and always responded quickly. A printed manual on site with notes and recommendations would have been helpful. There are also three pools in the surrounding area that you can use – the kids loved it! Conclusion: If you are not looking for a high class luxury, but a well-equipped accommodation in a top location, this is the place to be!

I rented Ilona’s place for my mom who stayed there for 2weeks so this is what my mom said. Everything was very clean and nice, she loved that the area is not crazy touristy and it’s more quiet. She enjoyed the pool and all the things close to the condo. She loved it and now wants to go back to same place next year for 3weeks. Highly recommend for people who like more private and quiet! We had a great week in the apartment. The kids (under 7) loved the balconies, jacuzzi bath and access to Prime on the enormous TVs. We were surprised by how many flights there were in and out of Tenerife and how late/early they ran but that certainly wasn’t an issue for us, especially overnight when we couldn’t hear them. The kids loved using the Flight Radar app to see what airplane was coming next. There is building work at the back of the apartment, across the golf course, but again it didn’t disturb us or put us off using the rear balcony or roof terrace. The communal pool, was chilly to start with but you got used to it and the baby pool was like a warm bath in comparison. The main pool had a lovely sloping beach which was perfect for the kids and only 1.4m deep in the deep bits. The restaurant on site does takeaway pizza and the Dino supermarket up the road is easy to get to on foot, if a little pricey. We didn’t have to queue for a taxi from the airport, which was €22.

We had an amazing week at this lovely and super clean Airbnb. The host gave us a warm welcome and explained everything really clearly. The view and location were just beautiful. The place had everything we needed, and it was super chill and relaxing. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. We’d totally recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful spot, and we’d love to come back sometime!

This location was perfect, especially if you're not a fan of burger bars and full English breakfast. Very traditional and unspoilt. The sound of the waves was wonderful. The apartment had everything you need, the fans were great. Bed is huge and very comfortable. Everything good quality. Local restaurants were amazing but, didn't get to try them all but we will definitely return to this resort and this place. We hired a car for the week and had no problems parking. But we said next time, we won't bother as we intend to have a more chilling week and sample the great eating places and go for walks. Thank you so much

A beautiful house with excellent conditions, very close to the ocean, stunning views, a good restaurant nearby, the host is responsive and easy to communicate with — we are very happy with our stay and would gladly come back.

Amazing spot, views are incredible and the villa is very accommodating. Cameron was great with flexibility and recommendations. Will definitely be staying here if we were to return!

The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

Wow, this Villa exceeded our expectations, particularly the outside pool area, the clean bright patio and seating areas were very comfortable - it felt bigger than we imagined and the view was beautiful. We used the BBQ one evening as it was so chilled and peaceful here. The pool was also heated so was nice to sit late evening dipping our toes. The villa itself was very clean has a brand new modern feel about it, with all the amenities you could need. The location was great for us as it was set back so it was quiet, but only a 10min drive to most places. We did often walk down to front area around 30-40mins plenty of taxis around and it was cheap to get back. Nina was lovely and welcoming greeted us at the villa making check in easy; and gave us some lovely restaurant recommendations which we ate at and loved. We would and have already thoroughly recommend this villa to friends, and if we are back in Tenerife we would absolutely love to stay here. Thank you again.

A lovely stay with a lovely terrace!

We absolutely LOVED our stay. The space is brilliant - really spacious, comfy beds lots of bathrooms, and felt instantly at home. We surf, so we climbed down the ladder straight into the sea every day which was bliss and we also loved having BBQs on the top floor. 10/10 views and the town is right outside your door - lots to explore and enjoy. We’ll be back!!

Apartment with a beautiful view. Clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. In the quiet area of Los Cristianos but within walking distance of the center. Supermarket, pharmacy, and bar directly below the house. Gabriella's kindness and helpfulness made the stay perfect.

Apartamento espectacular!

We had a wonderful holiday staying at this apartment. The location was perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Miguel was very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

So that's really hard to describe. My wife and I booked 10 days in El Medano in your apartment on June 25. When we got there, construction work was in progress. The house was completely equipped with scaffolding. In good spirits, the construction workers dismantled the balcony and provided plenty of cement. The construction work is expected to take place over a period of three months. After a brief panic, I called Egle. She came immediately and was also visibly excited. Of course, I asked what was going on. She explained to me that she herself was surprised by the construction work a few days earlier. I believe her, I know Tenerife and something like that is possible here. All in all, she took good care of us and tried to make the best of the difficult situation. That's why I can only give you good reviews. The apartment is great if you can live there.

Everything was great! The place was very clean and well equipped. We especially liked the terrace – perfect for relaxing. Check-in was straightforward, communication friendly and fast. Clear recommendation!

Lovely flat in a peaceful area right by the beach, comfortably furnished and well-equipped. There’s a scenic coastal trail just next to the flat that’s perfect for watching the sunrise. Although there was some construction nearby, it wasn’t disruptive at all. Laura was a wonderful host—very welcoming and checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything. The only minor drawback is that, being on the ground floor, the flat doesn’t get a lot of natural light. However, it’s not a big issue, especially if you keep the window open.

Very nice, clean, well-equipped and quiet place to stay in a great location. Good starting point for a variety of activities, whether beach or active vacation. Flexible check-in or out. Migle is very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Everything is tip-top, I'd love to come back!

Wonderful stay at El Guincho. Appartment had everything we needed, was clean and as described with a comfy bed. Philip was easily contacted, responding quickly and extremely helpful with recomendations for places to visit and eat. We had a late arrival but Philip was flexible and welcoming. The roof terrace is wonderful, beautifully decorated and a lovely place to relax in the sun with great views. The small beach nearby is easily reached and great for swimming or watching the waves if its windy. We enjoyed some of the fantastic walking trails on Tenerife and had a great holiday.
