Boasting a private entrance, this apartment includes 1 living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and kitchenware in the kitchen. This apartment features a dining area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and air-conditioning. The unit has 1 bed and a sofa-bed that can be opened (extra fee applied). This appartment is on the basement of Casa do Ribeirinho guest house, and guests have access to all common areas and facilities.

My house is small but tidy and clean and has everything you need. You will have a single double bedroom and a full bathroom just for your use. I do not provide meals. I do not provide room or toilet cleaning (unless requested with extra payment) but guests have access to everything in my home and if necessary or if they ask, I can always buy or make available whatever they want. I am friendly and I love to introduce my beautiful city and the most beautiful places you can visit.

Relax with friends or family at this peaceful place to stay, far from the hustle and bustle of the city! In the lush surroundings, you can hear the sounds of water, frogs, and birds. One of the large stone tanks allows you to swim in the fresh, constantly replenished spring water, overlooking the centuries-old estate, which produces wine and is environmentally friendly! You can also enjoy the vegetable garden, where you can pick a variety of fruits and vegetables.

Weekend for solo adventurers, Geocaching, bike rides, and other adventures and families (with kids). The house does not have A/C. (but very cool in summer on the 1st floor)
