The house is beautifully spotless that gives you a warmth and relaxes you. Everything is working properly and everything tidy. The owner (Rania) is very direct Ideal for everyone. The neighborhood calm the place village picturesque seaside with a clean atmosphere. All great. I'd just like to have stays like that. PS:with full honesty my feedback and quite demanding.

A wonderful house in a Greek village on the shore of a bay, with its own access to the water. The atmosphere is magnificent both inside the house and in the yard with a terrace, overlooking the bay and mountains. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and life. Having a car is a must. Demetra greeted us with attention and care. Communication was easy, and the treats were very tasty. For those who love silence and a quiet holiday - this is a paradise.

Amalia’s house is a little gem niched in a paradise on earth! What a lovely discovery and what a treat! The setting is idyllic and quiet, the garden is lush, the terrace is gorgeous one step away from the sea, the house is well appointed and decorated with taste, the BBQ is the cherry on the cake! Everything was perfect from the warmth of sea, the warmth of the surroundings and the warmth of Amalia and her aunt. Even my French peaky mother was enchanted and short of criticism! That tells it all🤩😎

a value for money place to stay, away from the noise of the beach or the tavernas, surrounded by olive trees, i would stay there again for sure

Without a doubt, the BEST vacation we have ever had! Not only because of the stunning island, it’s friendly locals and the most spectacular villa (sporting the most beautiful views) but also because of the INCREDIBLE hosts. My sister and I both agree they made our trip extraordinary! Nothing was too much trouble and their hospitality was above and beyond. We are so grateful to have stayed here and are already planning our next trip back to this breathtaking villa (having only left a few hours ago!) Absolutely do not hesitate to book this slice of heaven, but be warned, you will not want to leave! And when you do, make sure to visit Ginfish, the coolest drinks spot on the island! At first we were a little disorientated by the relative quiet of Kottes in September when there is less tourism compared with the busier Agia Kiryaki 10 minutes drive away. But it didn't take long to adapt to the slow gentle pace of this tranquil paradise. The friendly Taverna d'Angelo 100 m down the beach offered fresh fish and drinks and there is always something interesting happening on the beach or at sea. The village of Trikeri (30 minute walk) is also delightful as are the other nearby beaches such as Alogoporos. Villa Felitsa is even better (and more spacious) than the photos suggest, right in the centre of the bay. It has been tastefully and thoughtfully refurbished, fully equipped, stable wi fi, almost instant hot water, perfect balcony upstairs and outdoor sitting space downstairs. Instructions crystal clear. Vasilios was super helpful, proactive and responsive.A pleasure to deal with. A jewel of a house in a jewel of a location. A real find. We hope to return.

What a beautiful place. Definitely recommended. Beautiful views from the bedroom, living room and the terrace on the sea. A cozy apartment, extremely friendly host and a beautiful area.
