We had another great time at the property! We returned for the second year, as last year was superb. We had an amazing time again. We loved the hospitality, the premises, the cleanliness, the responsiveness. The host has spoiled us! It is rare to find all those in one place and to also get what you see in the pictures. It is a place where we relaxed and felt at home. The hosts made us feel at home. The location is perfect and we had privacy, space and all the amenities to make it enjoyable. The space is great for families of all ages. Thank you for taking such great care of us and we look forward to coming back next year. Thank you!!!

We had a fantastic family vacation at this beautiful house! The location is peaceful with stunning nature and breathtaking sunsets. The house exceeded our expectations—it's much better than the photos, featuring nearly 4-meter-high ceilings, a lovely garden, very spacious balconies, and every tool you could need. The beach was secluded and felt almost private. Our kids were captivated, eagerly waiting for the hatching turtles, as it's the season for it. Zacharo is just 10 minutes away, and Kiparissia is 20, with Pilos about an hour's drive. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Very highly recommended!

Wonderful house with great view in nice garden setting and access to own sandy beach. Very comfy beds. Quiet. Road to location is much better than partially described by other guests (from south there is a paved road). We only missed a washing machine, but everything for washing by hand is available. Owner Panos is really very helpful and nice. We even joined them at their family Easter barbecue . Highly recommended place

We recently spent a few days at Mama's Sunshine Garden Villa. Our impressions are great! The house is spacious, well-built, spotlessly clean, in very good condition and with all the comforts of a real house. Comfortable bedrooms have beds with good mattresses, excellent air conditioning and electric shutters that all together favor enjoyable sleep for the most demanding. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped and the wi-fi is excellent, even on the most remote side of the garden. The decor with works by Mrs. Gogos Tsitsos (the owner's mother) gives a special touch and personality to the accommodation, which takes off from the lovely garden with the many different and tastefully organized corners. A big plus of the accommodation is its location away from streets and other sources of noise, but two steps from the surrounding villages with essentials shops, taverns and incredible beaches. We loved Agios Andreas and Skafidia, but the other beaches were very nice too! We ate very well at the tavern of Fotis, in the bar-restaurant above Skafidia, at Kyma taverna in Katakolo - and enjoyed the variety of meat by the sea in Pyrgi beach. Our favorite ending of the day was in the coolness of our garden, surrounded by greenery, listening to music under the stars without anyone disturbing us or disturbing anyone. I kept for the end the special mention of the owner, Mr. George Tsitsos. The warm welcome we had upon arrival, as well as his interest and assistance throughout our stay, was truly remarkable! When we arrived, he gave us an extensive tour not only of the accommodation but also to the surrounding villages, to show us where we could shop, eat, and how to get to the beaches. He also gave us very good recommendations on where to go, e.g. the amazing beaches of Agios Andreas and Skafidia. With his help, our short stay was definitely organized in the best possible way. Finally, a special mention of the galaktoboureko that his mother kissed us, who proved that apart from being a remarkable artist and decorator, he is also a wonderful pastry chef! Many thanks to Mr. Tsitsos and his mother for our truly unforgettable stay in the little piece of paradise they made in Agios Ilias! We highly recommend the accommodation, which we hope to return to again soon!

The villa was exactly as described. It was very clean, including the pool and outdoor area, and in a great location with nice restaurants and shops just 10 minutes walking or 2 minutes by car. But what truly made our stay special was the host and her family. They were the most caring and thoughtful hosts I’ve ever had. Their response time was incredibly fast, and they were so warm, welcoming, and helpful. They gave us amazing recommendations for activities and rentals and went out of their way to make everything go smoothly. They truly made our vacation unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Initially the communication with Eleni was excellent. Immediate to our questions, he gave us all the information about the house very polite and friendly. In combination with the welcome we had from Mary & George, it really made us feel like part of their family. The house is a place that seems to be crafted with passion, with attention to details but also with great taste. Lovely garden with beautiful flowers everywhere, well cared for natural lawn and details that made your mood. Absolutely functional, with everything you may need to be at your disposal, divided into two levels and each with its own large bathroom. For those who like baking there is a functional bbq with a dining table for endless hours of relaxation, in the garden area. Two beaches accessible on foot within 3-5 minutes, great for children and a beautiful quiet neighborhood, for rest and family holidays. Eleni, Mary & Giorgos, Thank you so much!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Karitaina! The location is peaceful and beautiful — perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house was exactly as shown in the photos: stylish, cozy, and spotlessly clean. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall care in maintaining the space. Ramona was a great host — friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We visited as a family and found it to be a great place not only to explore the charming village of Karitaina but also as a base for discovering the rest of mountainous Arcadia. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at Euphoria Hill Villa. Dionisis was very helpful throughout, always on hand if needed. The villa itself is beautiful, amazing views and completely private/peaceful. I would highly recommend booking this property!

The surrounding of the villa is peaceful and quiet, perfect for group relaxation, but it does not affect our travel arrangements at all. We all agree that Dimitris is the best host we have ever met!! Sincerely and enthusiastically considered every detail for us.Not only was the house well prepared and there were no problems, but they were also patient in helping us with all aspects of transportation, travel, and dining. The villa is very carefully arranged from the inside to the outside, fully equipped, and the necessities of life are very thoughtfully prepared.It's a very comfortable stay that makes you feel the warmth of home. Spyros responds very quickly with his business partner. When I texted, 1 or both responded within a minute. Everything was clear and were open to questions regarding activities. The pre-arrival emails with suggestions for activities and restaurants have made our vacation even better! Price-quality ratio is gold and I would book with Spyros again in a heartbeat. Dimopoulos was a great host, helped us with all sorts of tips for restaurants and locations to visit. Very attentive. The house was very modern and high tech, very comfortable. The furniture was a bit worn down, but covered with nice covers it was ok. Outdoor erea was great. Lot's of reasons to come back.

We had a great holiday with our family, including our 2 year old grandson. The setting is lovely - surrounded by olive groves and very secluded. There is other accommodation nearby, but we weren't really aware of it. It's a short walk into the village, with a few shops and restaurants, and a very short walk to the beach, which, when we were there in late May, was very quiet. The beach was sheltered and ideal for children. There were beach bars and sunbeds nearby. The garden and the pool were lovely - the pool was beautifully cleaned every day. The house was cleaned twice during our stay to a high standard. The house itself was very comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the gas barbecue. Helen and Spyros were very quick to respond to any queries that we had and to help us deal with a couple of minor problems. They were very helpful and provided a travel cot, high chair, baby bath and baby monitor. They provided a bespoke welcome pack.

The host Dimitris was so welcoming. He also supplied us with Greek goodies on arrival. Incredible views from all the 7 seating areas outside. We didn’t want to leave - 5 stars is genuinely not enough

An amazing place that is exactly as it looks! The villa is amazing inside and out. It had everything we needed and the location was great too. Very close to everything we needed with either a short drive or walk. Nick, who helped with maintenance and checking us in was very helpful and friendly too, and gave us recommendations for taxis and what to do. Recommend to anyone going to Zakynthos

We had an amazing stay at this very spacious villa in Argassi with a group of 22 people. The place was perfect: well-equipped and with plenty of room for everyone. Makis was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making everything smooth from start to finish. The villa is in a quiet, secluded area, offering lots of privacy, but still within walking distance of some shops. For beaches and attractions, you’ll need a car or transport, but that’s expected given the peaceful location. Highly recommend for large groups looking to relax and enjoy Zakynthos!

Azurro Beach House is paradise! What a fantastic place. We are a family with four small children and this place has everything! Super nice sea, large pool, tranquility, beautiful house, great view. Everything was great! The sea is also really nice blue and we thought it was even more beautiful in person than the pictures! We really had a very happy vacation! What a great place!

We stayed here for our post-college graduation trip and had a fantastic time. The property is beautiful and Nikos is very helpful and a lovely host. He always gave us great recommendations and came to check on us when needed. The area is beautiful. We will be back!

The island of calm. We felt very comfortable. I longed for a vacation where I don't have to meet people, we were able to withdraw completely. Beautiful view, comfortable furniture, tasteful furnishings. I hope we can go on vacation there again.

A lovely villa, set in tranquil surroundings. Beautiful views of the sea and a lovely pool & sun loungers to relax. We really enjoyed our stay here and the nearby restaurants and beach were about a 5 minute drive or 20 miute walk.

we had a lovely warm welcome from kate, who also provided a list of recommendations for restaurants and shops. the villa was beautiful with everything you could need for a relaxing peaceful stay. the view was breathtaking. we will definitely be back but for longer next time.

We were 8 people and the villa was perfect. It is true that there is a gym on the ground floor, but it never bothered us in any way. The entire space is located on the second floor, which is accessible by both an elevator and stairs. There is a private entrance by car to the patio area, which is large enough to fit several cars. From the patio, there is a private entrance to the villa itself. The patio area basically consists of an outdoor pool lounge area with an outdoor dining area which we kept finding in perfect condition every morning after waking up, since there was a cleaning lady visiting us everyday. She was very polite and always asked if it would be okay to go inside to clean and tidy. All in all everything was even better than we expected and we ended up having an amazing stay at the villa. Made beautiful memories there! I’d say this is the perfect place for a group of 8 people at this price range on the entire island

We had a very warm welcome and were given a clear explanation of how everything worked — and then our stay began! The place is actually even better than the photos and description suggest. Truly a hidden gem! The pool is lovely, and there are plenty of great spots to relax and soak up the sun. The house was spotlessly clean, with two neat and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfy too. We truly enjoyed every moment. It was a perfect stay, and I honestly can’t think of a single thing to improve! There were even some groceries and snacks waiting for us in the fridge, and the host made sure the house was ready based on our flight arrival time. Highly recommended! We stayed here as a couple, but with two bedrooms and bathrooms, it’s also ideal for two couples.
