Nice, small basement apartment (30 sqm) in a large house from 2018 in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walking distance to Amager beach and metro and 15 minutes by bike to Copenhagen city center. Enjoy a getaway for two adults, possibly plus an extra person. Mattress can be borrowed. The apartment is part of our house, but with its own entrance. We will therefore possibly be home to welcome you and ensure a pleasant stay. Beautiful studio close to the city center and the biggest beach in Cph. There is a comfortable 140 cm bed with cotton linen, dining space, a sofa corner, a fully functional kitchen & bathroom. The apartment is tastefully decorated with Danish design. You will stay in a safe, quiet and nice area, 250 m from Lergravsparken metro st. It takes 3 stops to Kongens Nytorv - with all the shopping street, restaurants & museums and only 5 stops from the airport. Free p-licence is available on request.

It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
