Only 900 m from Aschaffenburg train station, 500 m to the city center and 250 m from the Main. The apartment has a bedroom, living room with sofa bed and a kitchen-living room. Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms. Equipped with high speed Wi-Fi TV with cable connection. The music system can be controlled via Bluetooth. The windows can be darkened.

Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Our holiday flat is aimed at guests who like a certain level of comfort and appreciate the hospitality of private hosts. The 2-room flat is quietly located right next to the botanical garden. It is furnished to a high standard, with its own special charm, with real wood parquet flooring, electric shutters, modern kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have wide doors, the shower is freely accessible. The living and dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces with views of the large garden.

The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

The old coin

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. Lovingly furnished apartment (kitchen, living-dining-sleeping area and bathroom) for up to 2 people in a quiet location. Just a few steps to the Main with access to the Main cycle path – ideal for walking, jogging or cycling. You can relax wonderfully in the garden, and bicycles can be parked in the yard. Great connections to Hanau and Frankfurt. Connection in the house is possible, otherwise retreat in a cozy atmosphere.

Living in the middle of the Aschaffenburg pedestrian zone is made possible by our boarding apartments (60-70 m²) in the SCHÖNTALHAUS in Aschaffenburg. The rooms have a separate bedroom with a box-spring bed. The high-quality sofa bed allows you to stay with up to 4 people. The high-quality kitchen, designer furniture, modern bathroom, a washer-dryer in the apartment and free Wi-Fi complete this special unit.

Residence in historic villa

Nice generous and tastefully furnished Appartment in listed villa. The whole upper floor with separate entrance offers place for 2-8 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds. An additional sleeping couch, one double bed and one additional single bed in the large living room. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.

The apartment is conveniently and quietly located in the Main-Kinzig district. Langenselbold train station is about 5 km away with connections to Frankfurt and Fulda. Frankfurt can be reached in about 20-30 minutes by highway or train. Right nearby there is nature, idyllic fields and Spessart hiking trails for walks or bike rides.
