Place was exactly as described and shown in pics, clean and tidy, very responsive, was very flexible with an early check in and late check out, quiet complex with quiet neighbors, and with the location of place, everything for the most part is within 15-20min driving distance. I Would stay here again.

this air bnb is extremely beautiful affordable luxury complex. safe quiet and convenient to the night life. this unit was very clean, organized, cozy and spacious. Definitely will be staying here every time I come to Houston. 5 stars and highly recommended

Lydia was a fantastic host. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It’s located in a luxury gated complex that felt very safe, and the community was also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. We had a great stay and would absolutely book again!

Leann, was Very nice and friendly and responded to my questions the same day and Very understanding!!😃 The apartment was just like the picture and more! I was very impressed and pleased with everything!! Nice and clean, organized, all your basic things that you would need for your stay. The dog next door was barking a lot, otherwise we had a pleasant time there!! She also had some suggestions on where to go as well as restaurants to try, that was very thoughtful 🤔 of her!! Kim’s place was so clean, quiet and everything we need was there. Not only the house was in the great condition but the location of right next to the trail was wonderful. And US 10 was right away. We will definitely stay there in the future.

Ed was wonderful!! We had a bit of a confusion due to the way I set up the rental and he figured it out, smoothed it out, and accommodated us in every possible way. Apartment is amazing and the facilities are as well! Highly recommend!!

This is a great place to stay. I was there over a week for a seminar and I really enjoyed coming back each evening to the quiet neighborhood with lots of big trees, including the promised Magnolias. The kitchen is well appointed, the bed is comfortable, and there is lots of light.

Great place to stay, within walking distance to the baseball and soccer stadiums. Lots of good food nearby, would recommend.

Great stay! Gabriel was really polite and responsive! It smelled clean and look nice! Clean pool and hot tub! Only thing I would say is the tv was kind of small but I also didn’t have my glasses so yea lol, but I would definitely stay again! Thanks again for an awesome stay!

Had everything I needed and thensome. No issues with check-in or parking, easy walk across the street to the beach where there is canopies and beach chairs if you don't want the hassle of taking your own. Hosts were quick to respond and courteous.

We had a great stay, you do have to download two separate apps but they are easy to navigate and use. I apparently don’t read directions well so when I had a question Brian was quick to respond. Close to the Toyota center and felt safe in the complex. When we visit again his place will be one we look out for.
