The apartment is all decorated with high quality standard, everything new and modern. Perfect for short-term rental and exactly as shown in the photos. It has a great location, in the vicinity there are supermarkets, laundry, etc. The condominium has a 24-hour concierge, a camera circuit in the outdoor areas and the neighborhood is very quiet. We offer the entire apartment: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is on the 1st floor, there is no elevator, access is only by a few steps.

This is a hotel. Good rooms, all renovated, clean and spacious. Good breakfast, parking included. Excellent value for money.

Carla's Studio is great. Everything is very new, well decorated, comfortable, functional, not to mention the location. For me, the best in Marília. Close to everything. Carla responds promptly to questions. I recommend it at the highest level.
