Excellent apartment, with everything you need for a comfortable stay and very clean. Beautiful location, for those who like a bucolic, quiet place, but with good access. The view is exactly as we see in the photographs or even better. The hosts were very helpful. I intend to return!

A peaceful and invigorating stay. Located in a quiet area to recharge. A 15-minute walk from Ponte Arouca516 (Pórtico de Alvarenga) that allows you to enter the Passadiços do Paiva. Accommodation with all the amenities needed to have a good time with the family; it was clean and tidy. Raquel was always available and gave suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area. We recommend it to 100%

When we first saw Mario’s place and the fact it was a perfect five stars from all previous guests - it was difficult to believe. But we immediately upon arrival understood why this was a perfect 5 stars…this is an incredibly special property - from the streams, waterfalls, history as an olive press, trails, peacefulness - this place was absolutely one of a kind. All in our group agreed this place, of all the places we’ve stayed in the world, was truly truly special….if we could give more than 5 stars - we would. Mario and Cila were fantastic hosts and incredibly responsive and the amenities and nice touches throughout made us feel right at home - better than home. Such a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely week at the house and the surrounding nature. The house was beautifully located, well equipped and clean! Although we had very rainy weather during our stay, we still enjoyed beautiful hikes and the house offered a cosy refuge for us. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone else. Thank you for the hospitality António!
