Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Alum Rock

Michelle was a very proactive host. Space is clean, neat and as pictured. Was great alternative to hotel for a conference trip. Would stay again.

We stayed at this place for 3 days while organising an event in Santa Clara. The place turned out to be perfect for us as it was quite spacious, both inside and out. It’s also located in a very peaceful and walkable neighborhood. Also, I rented a 4Runner and was afraid of the parking situation but to my pleasant surprise I was able to easily park inside the compound. More than the place, I’m impressed with Rainee and Steven, who were amazing hosts! They went out of their way to help us out with some power tools that we needed during our stay. I’m really grateful for that

Hanna and Jimmys place was awesome! We came for a girls trip and their Airbnb made our trip even that much more special. The space was in a great location, spacious, and was very clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. :)

The location of the suite is in a nice area close to the Mission hills. Very quiet neighbourhood with attractive homes and gardens.

I generally don’t leave reviews because I have become accustomed to stays that simply do not meet my standards. I am taking time for this review because the property was immaculate and an excellent experience. The beds and linens were very comfortable and we all slept well. The location worked well for us to travel the coastline from San Francisco down to Santa Cruz. We would stay here again.

Very cosy and beautiful place, nicely decorated, well-furnished and stocked. Some equipment may be a bit big for the place but overall it still feels spacious and generous. Very clear instructions on checkin and checkout. Lovely neighbourhood and short walk to Castro downtown which is a great plus. Highly recommended!

Quite easily the best Airbnb I've stayed in in the San Jose area. I often book month long stays as I visit my daughter, who comes to stay with me when I'm there. Most often I'm left disappointed with the places I've stayed in. Not this time, it was a great spot for us to stay, spacious and well equipped. Most often places say they have kitchen facilities but inevitably don't have anything to cook with or are tiny, this place had a fantastic setup with everything one needs for all their cooking, there were even spices and tea and coffee. Wouldn't hesitate staying again.

We booked a local nine day stay for our tenants while their rental was undergoing renovations. Claire was kind to let them check in 30 minutes early and responded quickly to my messages. The tenants encountered a power outage the first evening but Claire was quick to investigate and confirm PG&E was conducting an emergency repair within the neighborhood. Overall, our tenants were pleased with the stay and vocalized no complaints. Thank you!

Daniel and Grace home was as describe. It was safe, clean and very convenient to many nice restaurants in the area. They were also very responsive with any questions you had. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Dan Jose area.

Absolutely a most beautifully kept up Craftsman home in a neighborhood full of homes from the same era. The home is well kept and clean, and the hosts are charming and more than helpful. A delightful stay - wish I could have moved in.

The room is small but it has everything you need. There are many restrooms in the house so there is always one available to use. The location is good, and the host is responsive and nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an apartment in Santa Row, San Jose, and it was nothing short of fantastic! The convenience of having such a diverse selection of stores right at your doorstep is a huge plus. Speaking of walkability, the area is incredibly pedestrian-friendly. Strolling through Santa Row, you’ll find beautifully landscaped streets, making it a joy to explore on foot. The proximity of cafes, restaurants, and entertainment venues means you can easily grab a bite or enjoy a drink without needing to drive. This makes it particularly appealing for tourists and locals alike.

Very convenient in walking distance to downtown and to the Stanford Campus

It was a little confusing gettinto the place. We parked in the structure and gained access through 2 floor bridge, but got locked out. We found the ground floor door and were able to use that. The garage gate only open one side. The parking space was tricky because it was next to motorcycles parking. BE CAREFUL, mattress sags at edges, husband fell off bed and hit his face. All in all we had a great time. 👍

One of my favorite locations ive stayed in. Beautiful scenery! Beautiful home, comfortable bed! I'd love to live there! Only complain is the entrance to parking, if you have a low car, the bottom will scrape horrible if you dont hug the wall. and if youre staying downstairs, youll hear upstairs foot steps, but that was only 1 morning. besides those 2 complaints, its a excellent Beautiful home!

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

I don't even know where to start. The condo is absolutely beautiful. The views were literally breathtaking. The pictures of this place were beautiful but seeing it in person was paradise on earth. You have a panoramic view of the ocean that runs the entire length of the condo. Absolutely gorgeous. Theresa was kind and very helpful with everything. The place was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. I can't say enough good things about this place. My mom and I loved every minute of our stay. I can't wait until I get to go back. Thank you Theresa. My mom and I had the best time. I forgot to add that we really saw whales from living room!!!!!

I read all the reviews online about Kimberly's place so I knew it would be nice. The large closet was awesome, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The only problem I had (I knew this ahead of time) was hearing the owner's kids above us. Most of the time, no problem and never at odd times. I did feel the parents were as courteous as possible for 2 small kids but it was hard to take a nap a couple of times. I am used to a single home so this may play into it. I still recommend their place but keep in mind, occasionally, you hear people upstairs as also written in other reviews.

We had a great stay. The home is lovely and the area is very walkable with lots of restaurants and shops accessible.
