Little House in The Garden

Tony Rating, 5 stars5 days ago
Paul and Mel great hosts, nothing too much trouble. Lovely spotlessly clean accommodation which is small but very well laid out and airy with high ceilings. Lovely garden and location great for walking from door to three sides of the coastline. Large park for dog to exercise in opposite. Everything available nearby in lovely village. Thanks for your warm welcome, would love to return. Trish, Tony and Mollie

Stunning detached annexe near Yarmouth.

JenniferRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Julie was fantastic from initial contact. She was immediately responsive and accommodating. We’d prearranged a late checkin, and arrived to a lovely considerate welcome package including bread, milk and jams. Julie’s place was lovely, cosy and quiet. It had everything we could need, and access to it was safe, simple and private. Julie had lots of local recommendations for us when asked, which was appreciated. She was also keen to listen to our experiences to pass on to future guests. We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed using our base to explore all the west coast had to offer. We enjoyed that the accomodation displayed some of Julie’s own artwork- we were even lucky enough to arrive during an artists open studio weekend, so had the pleasure of seeing Julie’s studio - an added bonus.

Beach hut on a truly fabulous sandy beach

PaulRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Words can’t describe how close to perfect this place is. We stayed 2 nights in June so, naturally, we experienced blazing sunshine and a monsoon!! We had a perfect little cove all to ourselves. We had soft golden sand under our feet from arrival to departure. We saw the purest of all sunrises over the Solent. We swam in clear, warm water and drifted off to sleep with the sound of waves on a sandy beach. It isn’t cheap, but the memories that we have been made at Sandy Toes are absolutely priceless. THIS IS PARADISE!

The Cabin - Freshwater Bay

SallyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The Cabin was fabulous, and Sam and Simon were wonderful hosts, always responsive and helpful, and very friendly. It’s very well equipped with everything you could need, like home from home. A very comfortable bed, great shower and very well equipped kitchen. Perfect position, 2 mins walk from the beach, 5 mins to the grocers shop, and the Piano for breakfast / brunch or lunch (also open on a Friday night for a music night). Unfortunately we weren’t there for that! Lots of good walking from the door. The walk to the Needles is fabulous with amazing views. The museum is really good, with a nice cafe. There’s lots of recommendations for places to eat in the house booklet. We had dinner at The Hut which was very good - need to book. We loved our stay and would love to return.

Cosy studio near town centre

HarlieRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Really great place to stay with a short walk to lymington high street and a great pub 1 min away. It is small, but an extremely well converted space. The kitchen is really well equipped, the bathroom is small but is absolutely fine for a few days, even for taller people! The bed is also very comfortable. Would recommend!

Stunning sea views at a charming character cottage

DebraRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A lovely cottage, with all the amenities and comfy beds in a great location. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay and, in particular, the view of the sea, watching the boats sail by, the rabbits and pheasants on the lawn, the woodland walk/costal walks, quirky shops at the fort, being on Yarmouth's doorstep, lighting a real fire at night and sleeping peacfully after a day exploring the beautiful Isle of Wight. A big thank you to our hosts for arranging discounted ferry tickets and a lovely welcome pack. We may be back for more of the same!
