Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

The lovingly furnished apartment with four rooms is centrally located in Neustadt an der Weinstraße in an apartment building. The train station is a 5-minute walk away and a bus stop with connections to the surrounding villages, Hambach Castle and the city center is right outside the door. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here. From here you can reach the city center within 10-15 minutes on foot, where the castle is located with a beautiful castle square and countless restaurants. The beautiful old town of Heidelberg is about 9 km away. The train station is also a 15-minute walk. The place is good for couples, business travelers, small groups and families (4 people).

The Altstadt-Heusel-Loft is a stylish one-room attic apartment, with its own roof terrace, luxurious kitchenette and air conditioning. In the kitchen-living room is the sofa bed with topper, on which one to two guests can sleep comfortably. The bathroom is comfortably equipped with a double sink and large shower and a washing machine. Our loft is on the second floor and is only accessible via a staircase that we share.
