Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Altamonte Springs

We were in town for my sons baseball tournament and this place was perfect. It was in a very convenient location, close to many things, and only 35 minutes from Disney springs. We appreciate that animals were allowed and that it was easy to walk a dog through the neighborhood.

The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Chambers in Winter Park. The location is perfect for walking downtown, to the train station, both colleges, churches, local stores, museums and restaurants. Cozy Chambers was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Christopher was a great host, very helpful and readily available.

Andrea’s listing was perfect for our trip! The amenities were amazing! The only small thing is I wish the bathroom had another towel rack, but besides that everything was truly perfect! I look forward to staying here again!

This little studio was absolutely amazing for what I needed! It was a reasonable size and price. Also right down the street from the event I was going to! Lando is also an amazing host definitely would stay here again!

Amazing place to stay definitely would book again , spotless house , extremely responsive hosts. Only came for a day or two but still had a lot of fun in the area. 10\10 would recommend anytime again.

We came from South Carolina to visit our son who is a musician that recently graduated from Full Sail. Valerie's place is in the same neighborhood where he stays. The studio was just as pictured and described - cute, cozy, and quiet! It makes me want to convert our garage into an in-law sweet because of how perfectly everything was done!

Great value. The cozy home is on a dead end street which makes it a quiet place with little noise / traffic. We wanted to be near Sanlando Park, so location was ideal for us. It is also nice for getting to New Smyrna Beach, less than an hour away. I also really liked the furniture which includes several nice, quality wooden pieces. I would 100% stay here again.

This home was absolutely perfect for a family or like we did a friend gathering. Everyone knows as adults it’s very hard to coordinate meetups and this home made it such a special time that we actually stayed in it more than leaving! Was stocked with everything possibly needed. The backyard was absolutely beautiful so we stayed out there more than not. The neighborhood was close to everything you might need. Grocery stores, liquor stores, shopping. 18 minutes away from downtown orlando, and about 30 minutes away from everything else! ubers were all under $30 going anywhere.

This home is well cared for; clean, bright, thoughtfully decorated and in a quietly tucked away street. Sigrit was friendly and responsive! Had a wonderful stay!

It was truly amazing. My daughter was overjoyed with the children’s books, the outdoor swing, and the pool. My husband relaxed on the dock, and my mom loved her walk to Crane Park. We will be back! Don't hesitate to book!

We booked this house for my daughter’s graduation that was held at UCF. With 7 guests and 2 dogs, the house was perfect. We all fit comfortably, took the dogs for a walk in the neighborhood across the street, ordered amazing Mexican food from Queso Loco, and short drives to almost anywhere you want to go. Jennifer, the host, is responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The backyard area has a great outdoor covered area next to the hot tub. The pool is great to relax, and listen to music. All the convenience of home in another city.

Margie’s house was perfect as me and my fiance to shop around the area while we consider moving to Florida. We wanted to know what life would be like living outside of Orlando, and her place was great for that. The house was clean, perfect location, and right what we needed

Lovely place. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed the games/amenities while staying there. Would recommend staying but make sure your guest count is at max in advance so you don’t get extra charges if someone decides to come last minute. I didn’t properly read the description though for guests (my fault). We found out some other friends were able to come and join us last minute. The total guest count was 7 (total allowed). It was seen in the front door camera we had extra friends come the 2nd & 3rd days. The extra fee was $20 per person for not adding them to the group which I found a little excessive since I was within the total headcount allowed. Again my fault for not catching that in the fine print but I found the amount excessive. I just paid it with no complaints/quarreling.
