Great place to stay. I wish it had been longer

Unfortunately, this time we didn't get to use the home due to canceled flights. But on several previous occasions we have stayed with Taiwo and had been really looking forward to the weekend. We will of course come back over the New Year again if it is available. Based on previous visits and correspondence of this visit we recommend the hosts, the accommodation and the area. Hosting is very pleasant and welcoming. The house is great, clean and neat.

FOR a place!!!! I felt an immediate calm as soon as I entered the house. The house is large and absolutely beautiful!! It was good and warm, nice decor and lacked nothing. There is a piano on the second floor, and I loved it! I can't play, but I had a great time sitting by it and "playing" while I looked out over Vefsna. Absolutely magical!! I have already decided to return next spring/summer, and then I will stay more than just 2 days. I really recommend both the house and the hosting here!!!

An hour ferry ride from Sandnessjøen you will find a lovely Nordland house with room for everyone. Adorable union of old and new in stunning surroundings provides resting heart rate and new energy. Highly recommended:) Thank you for us, do not ignore that we will take the trip again.

There were 6 of us 2 couples and 2 teenagers. Overnight from Thursday to Sunday. Large and spacious house. Peaceful environment with no noise. Central, short distance to both the city center and to Toft. The house was clean and organized. Ready made beds. Didn't have enough time to explore the area much, but took the trip to Torghatten. Also recommend the top as there are amazing views, even in varying weather.

Nice and cosy house, Per Inge really provided everything needed. There was even dog food offered :-). We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Amazing home, very welcoming and a great size. There was a lot of cooking utensils so was easy to decide on what to cook. The bed and the sofa were cozy and we also enjoyed the use of the fire after hiking. The garden was also a great added extra for our family.

Charming old house with many small details that we really appreciated. Adults and children slept well and had some quiet, nice days. Helpful host who provided an iron when I had forgotten mine at home. He responds quickly to messages. When the ferry was cancelled, we were offered to stay in the house as long as we needed it. We will probably come back and recommend this to others.

Great and spacious house, with a lovely view, and great with a fenced garden when traveling with a dog. Everything was in order here :)

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. Great rooms, equipped with what we needed, beautiful outdoor area and views. We especially enjoyed the view of the sunset from the bay window in the living room. Beautiful surroundings with birds, hares, deer and sheep with lambs nearby. Thank you so much for letting us experience this.

This is a very nice place. Beautiful and right next to the sea – with lots of sheep walking around the house. It's situated a very quiet place where you will find beautiful views and tranquility in nature. The house itself is very nice and with all the stuff you would need to make you feel at home. Kitchen is well equipped and I certainly didn't miss anything while I was there working.

Norastuen was a perfect place for holidays in. Great location in a peaceful neighborhood. We were incredibly lucky with the weather, so most of the day was spent out- either by bike or down by the great jetty. We will come back here for sure 😄

We received good information in advance, and found the cabin easily. It was clean and nice, bed linen was placed on the beds, and everything that was in the advertisement was in place. It was a peaceful place, and nice to sit outside both in front of the house and on the great porch in the back. There was even a twist prepared for us when we arrived ❤️ We were very pleased with the stay in all ways, but if we are to comment on something negative, it was not so inviting to use the washing machine... and maybe we just did not find it, but we missed a mixer 😀 but these are small things, we would love to come back to this cozy ❤️ cabin. Thank you!

Cozy home; charming old farm house with original furniture or traditional-looking new electrical equipment. Very nice yard with herbs free to use, outdoor furniture, and a clothesline. Nice walk along the coast directly from the house and a short drive to Peter Dass museum and Seven Sisters mountain chain with great hiking. No place to watch TV and a long drive to restaurants.

If you want to get away from the world and do some fishing, this is the place! The cabin was beautiful, very light, cosy, well equipt and well designed. We appreciated the large dvd collection and private pontoon for swimming and SUP (We brought our own). Watched eagles and porpoises and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. thank you!

I know it's a cliché, but words are poor. I don't know if it was the place or Bjørg that was best, but together it was an unparalleled stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome, and when we left, we wished we could have stayed longer. Now that we are back in Oslo, it is as if it is a distant dream that something like this exists. The house was amazing, with plenty of space and all the amenities and a little more. The animals were fun and trusting and there was no shortage of toys for the children. Lovely beds and clean and tidy. If you don't love nature when you arrive, you will when you leave - in Bjørg as well. 😊 Bjørg took my 4-year-old out on a fishing trip with his own wonderful grandchild and beautiful daughter and created memories for life. Imagine wanting to spend time with guests and including a stranger's child and us adults in this way when you yourself have longed for a visit. It was so much fun to be part of the life on the farm and after the fishing trip, Bjørg cleaned and filleted the beautiful fish for us for dinner - delicious!Just book a stay

Great house with a beautiful location in quiet surroundings. Well-equipped facilities and a lovely hot tub that made the stay extra special. The whole family was very happy – recommended!

Great location with fishing just outside the door. Nice common areas with multiple kitchens. Worth a visit.

An incredibly beautiful place in the far north of Dønna, with the best views of the sea, mountains and sunset. Very nice host, who on short notice arranged accommodation for us. You should have a car to get here.

Cheerful home with everything we needed! Nice location and good starting point for excursions. Lovely outdoor bathroom that was ready until we arrived and that made the evening after the Dønnamannturen tour perfect.

Thank you for a nice stay with Øystein. A very charming and well equipped house perfect for our family. Our kids quickly settled in with books, Donald pocket and PS4. We arrived on a Sunday and as a nice welcome, the fridge was stocked up with refrigerated beverages. The hot tub was an added plus that both big and small appreciated. We had a lot of fun and can highly recommend a stay with Øystein.
