Cabin gem on the Helgeland coast, space for the whole extended family. The cabin is located on a separate island on Tjøtta/Svines, with arrival by boat that we have lying on a private floating dock. Here you get complete privacy with the sea as your closest neighbor. Outside the door there is an eldorado of opportunities such as fishing, boating, beach life and many hiking opportunities on Svines and Tjøtta. The cabin has two bedrooms + loft. Connected to electricity and rainwater The cabin is located on Gårdsøya on Svines, 10 min drive from Tjøtta, and 40 minutes away from Sandnessjøen.

The beautiful Helgeland coast can be experienced right outside the door, and there is room to enjoy the tranquility of our cozy house with a lot of history in the walls! The house today has a modern living unit, an annex and air conditioning in the bedroom Jetty with magical views of Herøysundet. This is a great starting point for creating great, memorable experiences from the Helgeland coast!

Walking distance to free ferry to the Herøy areas, bus stop and small boat harbor. Bedroom 1: 220 cm bed Bedroom 2: 150 cm bed Bedroom 3: 120 cm bed All bedrooms have air vents with integrated mosquito nets. Possible to borrow equipment for baby/small children: travel bed (mattress, pillow and duvet) trip stairs chair, hot tub, stool for bath, small swimming pool (outside on terrace summer).

Here you will stay undisturbed with views of the city and Dønnamannen. Only 12 min walking distance to the city center, ferry dock and 3 min to the grocery store, gas station and restaurant. There are 3 bedrooms with beds for 5 people and bed linen. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make good food. The outdoor area has a kitchen with a barbecue, a Jacuzzi, and a seating area with good sun exposure until late in the evening. The home is shielded and located on a dead-end street in a quiet neighborhood.

The cabin is perfect for families with children or families who want to get away from the big city. The cabin is located right by the ocean and has sun from morning to evening in the summer.
