Katehaki metro station (blue line->10stops from Airport) is 5min walk from the house. Bus station is two minutes on foot. A taxi stand is 2min away. (!!!!) Supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and fast-food stores are in a walking distance, too(!!!!). NO COOKING OIL INCLUDED!

Το διαμέρισμα είναι 22τ.μ. και βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή του Ν. Ψυχικού, στον 7ο όροφο χωρίς να συνορεύει με άλλο (οροφοδιαμέρισμα). Διαθέτει μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα την Αθήνα. Σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια βρίσκεται ο σταθμός του Μετρό "Κατεχάκη". Ακριβώς δίπλα βρίσκεται μεγάλο πάρκο, που περιλαμβάνει σύγχρονη παιδική χαρά. In 1960, before our house was built in Sofokleous, Grandpa Giannis planted sour trees in the garden. Oranges, mandarins, and lemons filled our fruit bowls, strengthening our winters and cooling off in our summers. Beneath these trees, there were feasts, they played children while butterflies sucked flower juices. We welcome our guests to paradise this fragrance and juice-filled.
