We just finished the apartment October 1st, 2017. Spacious apartment bright clean and newly refurbished in historic Viennese building. Apartment consists if large entryway with small balcony, 2 very large bedrooms with locked doors, living room, TV, Internet, Bose „SoundTouch 10“, bathroom with washer and dryer , fully equipped kitchen with table for 6. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. We will provide you with a receipt for the city tax at the check-in. We apologize for the inconvenience but this newly introduced law must be adhered to. Also in the immediate vicinity: the Danube Canal with numerous bars, restaurants and a boat station for trips to Bratislava. In the apartment there is an information folder where you can find all the important places, sights, transport and more. Vienna is a great city. Our apartment is located in the oldest and most beautiful part of town. Almost all sightseeing is within walking distance.

Modern ambiance in a fantastic downtown location with views over the rooftops of Vienna. The apartment is flooded with sun, quiet, with high-quality structural design, functional design, nice atmosphere and air conditioning! The apartment is on the 7th floor. Via a narrow staircase, you can reach the roof terrace overlooking the town hall and the magnificent buildings of the 1st district. Best traffic location: Metro and tram are right around the corner, a parking garage can be found in the block next door.

Sie hat insgesamt 80m2 und ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein gemütliches großes Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer und liegt in sehr zentraler und trotzdem ruhiger Lage. Bei Bedarf gibt es auch ein Kinderbett oder ein gemütliches Doppelsofabett PS Das Apartment ist mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet die man üblicherweise zu Hause hat und braucht. Bitte verwenden, aber bitte nicht mitnehmen!
