Welcome to Camp S’mores- this revitalized luxury A-frame has all the modern amenities you need for your Finger Lakes adventure. We just brought new life into this house from top to bottom. The home features three bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the game room on the lower level. EV charger. It wouldn't be camp without a pool so our home has a large HEATED in-ground pool is open May 15th - Oct 1st. The house is located outside of town on 2+ private acres. Although the original design was not for a living space, a returning adult child made the transformation into what it is today. A tiny house with the comforts of home. Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.

The home was spotless, with large windows that let in beautiful natural light and a lovely patio perfect for relaxing. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. A truly serene and refreshing experience!

We stayed here for a family wedding at the Fontainebleau Inn. The house was a five minute walk from the Inn, so it was very convenient. The fall foliage was beautiful and the cottage is in the perfect spot right on the lake. We couldn’t have asked for a more scenic and restful house. It was like something out of a fairytale!

Bryan’s place was clean and well designed. The walk-in shower was large and luxurious. Everything felt cozy. We appreciated the K cup selection and enjoyed sitting in the recliners. This location is great for exploring the finger lakes region. The Neighbourhood was very quiet we could not have enjoyed our stay more.
