A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

It’s a charming “tiny house” which is completely independent of the main house with its own parking spot. The upstairs bedroom/living area is delightful - you look out onto the garden on all sides. It’s a very quiet location but only a few minutes stroll to the university, city centre, cathedral and canal. Reclaimed wooden floors throughout and a super comfortable double bed.

Lovely house & room, Susanna was always friendly & helpful throughout. Lovely cafe just 2 mins from house & good bus stops.

I had the ensuite room at the top of the house, very nicely furnished and in good condition, bathroom was fresh and very clean. Keith was very helpful and communicative, kindly helped with bags and offered tea and use of his kitchen. Both he and Kristina were very nice. Easy to get into central Ex, very near a bus stop but also very, very quiet location. Thanks for the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Elaine's. It was just for one night and we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was lovely and Elaine was very helpful. We would definitely stay with Elaine again.

I had a great stay at Katie and Tom. The room was nice and clean. Check-in with key in lockbox was very helpful as I arrived at 2 am. Location was convenient and I could reach all my destinations by walking.

Robin's home is very clean and tidy. Although it was a bit of a walk from the free parking (I guess that can't be helped because the house is on the main road and the free parking is off the main road), once I was inside the home I was impressed, felt welcomed and at home. The bedroom is cosy, very clean and overlooks a beautiful well-looked after garden. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower. Robin was in constant communication from the day I booked until I arrived, provided all the necessary information especially available parking space. For what I paid for the room, I think the service far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay with Robin the next time I'm in Exeter.
