The listing popped up at a really great time when my other air bomb host cancelled on my group. The house was very spacious and nice. If I needed to stay there again I definitely would do it.

We had a great stay for our daughters med school graduation. Clean comfortable spot for our family. We were just two blocks from her home in a quiet neighborhood Easy walking to restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

The house is exactly as described, beautiful home, spacious, has everything you might need. Me and my family had a very pleasant stay at Mr Stepen’s home, recommend this place.

Great place to stay in Atlanta. The neighborhood felt very home-like and safe. We were going to an event at the Roxy, so this place was perfect! Good Mexican food is nearby. I would stay here again.

We loved the place! It was a clean, comfy home that felt safe and was close to lots of things we wanted to do during our stay! We walked pretty much everywhere: hotel clermont for the rooftop bar and famous lounge, Ponce city market, food along the belt-line, and the botanical gardens were all awesome. The host Jesse was always responsive too and we appreciated it! Probably the best air bnb I have stayed at in terms of quality, cleanliness and value.

This place is very idea for 2 couples. It is well maintained and clean. I didn't have to reach out for assistance as everything was in place. The neighborhood is very peaceful , safe and quiet . Thanks to Vicky and I hope to return in the near future.

Marie’s home will leave you SPEECHLESS! If there is EVER an award for THE BEST AIRBNB HOME IT NEEDS TO GO TO MARIE!! Exceptional linens and bedding. Mattresses are TOP TIER! Soaking tub was a plus. Showers were stocked and beautiful! Will DEFINITELY be reserving again! She’s an AMAZING HOST! Very attentive and responsive! Easy check in! THANK YOU MARIE!!

Had a wonderful stay at JaVonn's place while in town at a work function. Super close to the Braves stadium, easy walking access. Everything was great, JaVonn was super responsive and his home was exactly as I expected. Will absolutely be staying again. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay! Just like the photos!! Very clean! All kinds of fun things to do and in a very nice area with many restaurants and stores!

Had a great stay! Plenty of space (we had 6 adults and 2 children) and the kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals. Neighborhood was very quiet plus being able to walk to Publix, Walgreens was convenient. Community pool was nice also.

This was a beautiful place to stay, she has thought of everything you need to feel comfortable and welcome. She was very responsive if we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here to friends and family.

This was truly a great find! Having such a cozy place to come back to after a day of running about in Atlanta was truly wonderful. The home is lovely, the amenities are extremely thoughtful and considerate, and Iris never left me hanging when I had a question. 10/10, would absolutely book again

If ever in Atlanta again would definitely stay at this townhome. The area is extremely nice and quiet and feels comfortable. The townhome is clean and feels home-y! Definitely recommend this if you also want to be close to The Battery and Truist!

Tracy’s place was very comfy and accommodating. Kids had a blast in the game room and I got some much needed rest. Also the decor was awesome.

We made a last minute visit to Atlanta and I’m happy we were able to book this place. It’s very near the 96 Olympic cauldron and I thought that was cool. East short drive to Georgia Aquarium, zoo, and Coca Cola World. We traveled with our dogs and found the neighborhood to be dog friendly. The area is being revitalized but it was quiet and seemed very safe. Grocery store and pocket restaurants very near. Probably walking distance if you wanted. The king bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. House had everything we needed for 4 people and a couple dogs. The Garage was a plus. It is tight but we have a mid size suv and it easily fit. TVs is bedrooms was a plus when everyone needed some space. I would stay again if we are ever back in the area.
