Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Alpes-de-Haute-Provence

We were traveling with two toddlers, and Sandrine's home lent itself perfectly to that! A spacious enclosed terrace, a large open living-kitchen, an incredibly quiet area. Place enough for everyone! Sandrine is very helpful and filled the pool especially for these crazy Belgians, who already wanted to take a refreshing dip. On Thursday and Friday, you wake up to the smell of freshly baked organic bread in the bakery under the house. If you also bring this bread in, your day will be complete! Thank you Sandrine!

Our stay was perfect from the moment Corina greeted us so warm and welcoming, to the level of comfort, cleanliness and relaxation at her wonderful apartment. She had thought of everything and we especially loved the outdoor seating area and pool to relax in after a full day of exploring. Waking up each morning in comfort and total silence, this was a haven for us after 7 weeks of travelling and would have to be one of my favourite accomodations out of all our travels. Would highly recommend this to all, and especially thank Corina for being such a wonderful host.

The gîte is beautifully located and offers fantastic views. For us, the location was perfect, with a private room for everyone. What was nice so that some could prepare for a next gliding day or could do some work. Anything you need is available with a fully furnished kitchen. The garden with the many seats is lovely, you feel "on the top of the world". The welcome was warm and the roaming cat was very cozy. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold to use the pool, very unfortunate. We had a great week, and it is subject to repetition.

We spent 4 days in this beautiful cottage and would have liked to have stayed longer. It is originally furnished, the bed is very comfortable and the linen bedding is perfect for the hot days. And Phédia is a great host! She greeted us very kindly and gave us good tips for the markets and restaurants. We - and our dog Camillo - especially enjoyed the enchanting little garden seating area and the long walks around the village. We were in Provence for the first time and thanks to this great experience certainly not the last time!!!

Great stay in a wonderful setting. The directions are numerous and accurate, the house is well supplied with equipment, very pleasant and the view is splendid!

The accommodation is charming and very functional, and located in a small village with crazy charm. Chloé is responsive, flexible, and very clear in her explanations. I recommend it (and I'll be back)!

Everything I expected from my trip, I was looking for a peaceful place, and that's exactly what we needed. Ultra calm, all the necessary comforts, lost in the mountains and at the same time 10 min from Castellane, large private land in the middle of the forest with a small river for lunch, magnificent. Ideally located, between lake and mountain, this little haven of peace will conquer the hearts of nature lovers. Functional and peaceful accommodation with a pleasant terrace where the birdsong will lull you to sleep. Benjamin is a very available host and will advise you on the best places.

Our stay was very pleasant. Aline and her husband were particularly welcoming, hospitable and friendly, offering us valuable advice on what to visit. The apartment, although small, offers the necessary comfort; a plus was being able to use the garden for relaxation, lunch and dinner. We highly recommend it.

We loved our stay in Gréoux les Bains. The apartment was perfect, super quiet with a magnificent view. Shower gel, shampoo and towels available. Well-equipped kitchen, a large fridge. This short stay was very relaxing 😊

We had a lovely stay at Anna Cosima's. We were able to take beautiful hikes in a great environment. The cottage stays very cool even when it's hot outside, I guess in summer it must be very nice.

An excellent weekend in a practical, pretty and well-equipped house (raclette machine/fondue machine, baby bed and child chair etc.). House 5 minutes from Barcelonnette, Phillipe provided a very good property... thank you for everything we will definitely come back
