Enjoy the modern bathroom, walk-in shower, as well as the bright fully equipped kitchen. The large living room invites you to relax on the couch with Netflix & Xbox. Here you can access the bedroom through the wing door, which gives the room light! On the terrace you can relax by the fire! The fireplace is just decoration!

The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

Welcome to the Lower Rhine. Our apartment has just been completely renovated and is located between the Hanseatic city of Wesel and the Roman city of Xanten. In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. The cozy, 25m² apartment is on the ground floor in a quiet location at the entrance to Hüls. Good transport connections to e.g. Duisburg, Venlo, Düsseldorf MESSE, Neuss. 1 combined living room/bedroom (140cm bed), 1 hallway with wardrobe, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet) and 1 kitchen (all things for daily use available). The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

Feel at home in the old district court in the heart of Xanten, with modern amenities, a king-size box-spring bed with high sleeping comfort and a balcony terrace with sunset. Due to the central location of the property in downtown Xanten, you can easily walk to all popular sights, restaurants and shops. The famous Archaeological Park and the beautiful Xanten harbor are a 15-minute walk away. Entertainment is provided by Netflix, Amazon Prime and Wi-Fi.

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

High-quality renovated dream villa, the "forest house." Built in 1875. Here, history meets modern luxury. Relax, work and enjoy in a stylish ambience. A short distance to the airport and Messe Düsseldorf. By metro or car in a few minutes to Düsseldorf city center and at the same time directly on the nature reserve of the Düsseldorf Rheinauen, only a few hundred meters from the Rhine. The Forsthaus is located in this unique prime location.

Annas Haus am See

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

Log cabin on the Lower Rhine

Our lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance offers you with an area of 70 square meters (divided into living/sleeping/dining and bathroom) and a sun-drenched balcony enough space for a relaxing vacation - the wooden construction ensures a healthy feel-good climate. Visit the pilgrimage site of Kevelaer or discover the Maasduinen recreational area. Weeze Airport is also close by and we offer an airport shuttle on request.

In our rural idyll, you can treat yourself to some time out and explore the Lower Rhine during a bicycle tour. Quietly yet conveniently located, a renovated and tastefully furnished holiday flat awaits you. The flat has a living space of 75 sqm and is ideal for two to four people. There are 2 bedrooms, a cosy living room, a large eat-in kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway. You are welcome to use the garden to relax.
