In a Faluröd log cabin on a farm, you will have the opportunity to experience the best Dalarna can offer. In the heart of Siljansnäs you will find this small farm cottage with room for three people. The cottage was renovated 2023, the bathroom 2018. Within walking distance there is a kiosk and grocery store as well as a little further up the village there is a cafe, hotel and mini golf. 200 meters from the front door is Byrviken, an excellent swimming area. Within a 20 minute drive there is also Tegera Arena, Granberget's ski slope and cross-country skiing.

A wooden deck leads to a charming entrance with two white chairs beside a small table. A sheltered pergola provides a shaded seating area, while lush greenery surrounds the property, and a clear blue sky completes the serene outdoor setting.

On the farm lives our family with two children, so the courtyard is shared with us, the accommodation is not secluded. On the property live chickens, ducks and a cat. Several bicycles are available to borrow, including ski equipment. Sauna, trampoline and outhouse are available. Welcome home to us!

Very nice little cabin directly on the lake. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Lisen is very helpful and always available. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom has underfloor heating. Electric cars can charge on site. We would book again anytime.
